Columbia Gas had Allegheny Contracting tear up our sidewalks and replace main gas lines and branch lines to the homes in our neighborhood. When they did mine, there digging caused the water line nut at the curb box to become loose and start leaking. Instead of telling me about it and tightening the nut, they laid concrete for a new sidewalk then packed up there stuff and left. They then told the water company it was leaking and the water company shut off my water. I then lost a weeks worth of wages breaking up the sidewalk they just laid and digging out the water line with only a shovel to fix the water leak they caused from replacing the gas line. Now my sidewalk hasn't been repaired because I don't have the finances to fix it and the City wants it done. If Allegheny Contracting would of done the right thing, I would of never had to tear up a brand new sidewalk and be in the position to have to replace it. Also one of there slabs is graded wrong, causing water to puddle in front of my steps. I also measured the thickness of the sidewalk, code is 4 inch and what they laid is 3 inch. I have called and left messages and sent various emails about this issue but have yet to hear anything back. Very disappointed in everything that has happened.

Completely chopped up the road and destroyed it in my town. Out of town monkeys don't care about work quality if they are never coming back. You really can tell why they were the lowest bidder
