Our windows were installed less than a year ago. Their initial measurements were taken incorrectly resulting in a delay. Less than a year later, one of the windows fell out of the frame. The residential part of the company is no longer in business so our warranty is void. They still have a commercial side to the business, but are refusing to support us and rectify the problems with the installation. After spending so much money on windows with a “lifetime warranty”, I cannot recommend this business.Service: Window installation

Where do I begin? An absolute phenomenal experience from my salesman Kevin Gallagher, to my Project Manager Greg Kayser, to my subcontractors Steve and his crew of Pioneer Builders, Inc. and Max Quality Roofing and Jacob from US 1 Gutters, LLC. Everyone was kind, courteous, meticulous, thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Kevin spent hours going over my vision with me and sending me computer renderings of my house to be sure I was happy. Greg spent a minimum of 5 hours with me, on numerous occasions, reviewing the work to be performed and every last detail so I had no surprises. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! I had a very large job and it ran so smoothly. So professional! You will NOT be disappointed if you utilize their services. Call them today!!! Let me start by stating that the quality of work that I received was excellent with a few exceptions. The reason that I rate this company as 3 stars from my experience is the process I went through and lack of information between myself and the company.This company sends out sales representatives for quoting and interface with customers but on my job, there was a disconnect between that and the actual work. The sales guy tried his best but didn't have all the answers because the project manager did and he was put on too many jobs at the same time for him to keep up. I was told by the sales guy that the project would start on X date and that the project manager would stop by before that to look over the job. Well, he showed up the week before X date and said that there's a long lead time on the siding so I would have to wait X date + a month. Communications ceased for a while and I reached out for a couple weeks for answers and was finally told when it would actually start. Well, nobody showed up that day. I also wasn't told when they were actually starting. I only learned when I got home from work one day and half my garage siding was ripped off. This communication problem may have been sorted out by now and hopefully it has but it was very annoying.Overall, I had the roof replaced on my house, roof replaced on my detached garage, 4 skylights replaced, new gutters on the house, new gutters on the garage, vent put in the house roof for bathroom fan, two new windows on the garage, and attic fan installed on the garage. Overall, around $35k which is comparable with other quotes I got.Pros: (Again) the quality of work was excellent. The roofers did a great job and cleanup was excellent. The siding guys did a great job installing the siding and trim work; it looks great. Price was comparable to other quotes that I got.Cons: Cleanup from the siding and gutter guys wasn't very good; I still find nails everywhere to this day (9 months later) and I counted 40 nails left on my driveway. The bathroom vent on the roof that I had installed was plumbed to my sewage vent instead of the bathroom fan. One of the gutters on my garage is not installed properly; the middle is a high point so water builds up and leaks over the wrong edge. They installed smaller windows on my garage than I had before; they blamed this on the fact that whoever installed the old windows didn't do it correctly and this is true but it's obvious looking at new vs old that the new is way smaller. A kick in the teeth was that I still had to pay full price for the small new windows that I received and initially before I argued it, they were going to charge me more to fill in the framing gap between the old vs new. And finally, communication and coordination (as mentioned earlier).Despite the quality being great and price being comparable, I can't in good conscience give more than 3 stars because of the rest of the experience. I don't hold any blame on the sales representative or project manager but this company needs to make sure that customers can get answers when they need it.

Legacy Services provided a professional contracting experience that I highly recommend. I required a roof for my home and proceeded to get 5 estimates. Mr. Rob Alexander was my point of contact from start to finish and he provided excellent customer service. Mr. Alexander answered all of my questions and was available from start to finish on the entire job. I had my main house roof completely replace in addition to my shed roof to match. The work started on time, on the day promised and the job was completed when I was fully satisfied with the inspection. I highly recommend Legacy Services and am thankful to Mr. Rob Alexander for ensuring my total satisfaction before signing off on the work completed.

We paid a boatload to Legacy Service about a year ago for new siding and new windows. We were fairly happy with the service and outcome. Now we need someone to come out to do some warranty work and we find out through many calls and physically going to their office, that their residential company is now out of business! We no longer have an install warranty!From what I am told, their commercial company is still in business under the same owner. I would NOT suggest getting any work done because they will probably just walk away from the commercial company eventually as well...Services: Window installation, Installation

We had so many issues with Legacy siding. They sub out the jobs to the lowest bidder. Be careful reading the 100+ reviews, most of the reviewers are reviewing Legacy, Jenkitstown Insurance, and a dentist.

My wife and I needed new windows and siding placed on our aging house. Legacy placed Hardie board shingles and all new windows in 7 days. The crewmen were on time and put in a full days work. Bill our project manager was attentive and reachable if we had any questions or concerns. The house looks great. We highly recommend Legacy Service!!Service: Window installation

Our Project Manager Dan Alexander did a great job keeping the project moving and communicating the schedule. He made frequent visits to our home to make sure the work was being performed to our satisfaction. Each of the teams did a great job performing their specialty, and demonstrated skill and pride in their work. We called Legacy services to replace the roof on our recently purchased home. Based on our initial experience with Legacy we also used them to replace our siding as well as replace windows and make extensive repairs to a severely water damaged three-season room.Rob, the project consultant, came with samples and full product catalogs of roofing materials, siding, windows, and doors. He was transparent about price and explained his recommendations through the whole process.Dan, the project manager, was amazing. He thoroughly explained the plan, was easy to communicate with, was organized, and made sure any issues we had were addressed promptly. We had two crews that both did excellent work and were clean and orderly.I recommended Legacy to my supervisor, a senior Naval Officer, and unfortunately he was assigned a different project consultant,project manager, and work crews who all did a terrible job. His project consultant and project manager were unreliable and uncommunicative, and the work completed was unsatisfactory. Dan was later assigned his project manager and the work was completely redone. We also had constant issues with the scheduler, Veronika. She failed to relay messages and failed to inform us about schedule changes making the company seem unreliable.I can’t speak highly enough about Dan and Rob, but unfortunately due to the other issues with Legacy Services I cannot recommend a company that seems to depend so heavily on two employees.

I used Legacy to replace the siding on my house. I got a few quotes but was impressed by the level of service that Legacy provided. I was assigned a project manager, Dan, who communicated with me regularly to answer my questions which was super helpful. Dan oversaw all the work and came everyday his crew was working on my house. The crew worked quickly and they did a great job. After the work was done, Marissa from the marketing team came over to take photos. Legacy takes pride in their work and delivers great service. Highly recommend!

I used them for residential siding earlier in 2023. Terrible timeline of job, pretty poor communication, and now they are out of business, so warranty is no good. Company supposedly exists but only does commercial work. Every phone number on their website is disconnected. Do not use.

We used Legacy for new first floor windows and a complete door package a year ago, and were very happy with their service, so much so that we then had them come back and do our second story windows as well. Now we are having an issue with our front storm door, after multiple calls, and photos of the problem, finally were able to get someone to come out. When he showed up he didn’t have the 3 screws in his truck to fix the door, and it’s been over 3 weeks, and not one call or email to be had from their office. He was great to work with answered any concerns that I had also treated me like family and wanted to make sure everything was done to my expectations. Received a lot of compliments on the work that was done. Would definitely recommend Legacy for any of the jobs they do. Dan kept me well informed on when things were going to occur and made sure the jobs were done when I was available to be home. Dan also had a good group of workers working with him and they all were pleasant and very helpful with explaining why they did things a certain way to help with some of the problems at my home I was having. Dan came out to the house to talk about product choices and give us an estimate. He was very straightforward and practical with his advice. Dan's quote was one of the lowest I received, and he made the needed changes to secure my business. Pre-install meeting was a breeze, questions were answered. Installation day was great. I worked from home and barely noticed anyone was there. The crew was in and out in about 6 hours with 6 windows installed, all the clean up done and trash removed. The new windows look great and I can't wait to see the energy savings on my bill.Service: Window installation

Sales pitch was great, but the crew who installed was terrible, starting with the project manager all the way down to the laborers. They covered over rotted wood that should have been replaced. They drove a nail through an electrical wire and we had to have the circuit repaired. They bent our gutters and put them back up looking absolutely terrible. Last week, a piece of flashing fell off 4 months after the install. They were unprofessional and I would stay clear of Legacy, especially Dmytro who was the project manager.

Learn from our massive 20K mistake!!! Stay far away from this unethical, dishonest, garbage company!Keeping this review brief will be difficult but I’ll try. You are not hiring Legacy employees to work on your house. You are hiring Legacy to sub the work out to whoever. (assuming the cheapest they can find) At no time has a Legacy employee worked on my roof, and I know this from talking to the workers. Throughout the installation and 3 different repairs, every worker on my roof was a subcontractor. Incredibly, during repair 3, the 2 men on my roof didn’t even know the name of the company they worked for. They were hired by “Randall”, who was hired by Legacy. They didn’t know Randall’s last name or his company name. Had I known that Legacy subbed to this extent (and this poorly), I wouldn’t have given them a second thought.I’m willing to assume that if you have no issues with the work performed by Legacy, the experience might be positive. Not my experience, so just guessing. Every issue we’ve had has been an exhausting slog of a fight to deal with. Legacy’s communication is horrible. (post work performed, communication prior to work and payment was fine) Phone calls that aren’t returned. Emails that are ignored. You’ll have cell phone #s from representatives of this company, but don’t expect them to answer when called. They won’t. Promises made over and over that are broken. Basic stuff like “Could Legacy please email me with an explanation of what repairs they performed on my roof because I’d like something in writing? Assurance received and then no email sent or a laughably inadequate and inaccurate email received. I’ve been hung up on by Jake (residential manager who I could commit an entire paragraph too…..without question the most unprofessional immature insane interaction I’ve ever had)), lied to repeatedly by Dmytro (marketing director), and lied to by multiple job foreman. Everything about this company is shady and unethical.It took me 9 months to receive warranty paperwork which accurately listed the products that were installed on my roof. My invoice showed product A was installed, my warranty paperwork showed product B was installed, NEITHER were installed. After repair 2 (extensive water damage inside the house, soaked insulation, 2 sheets of plywood rotten from water damage) they added product A to the roof, which should’ve been there all along. It then took another 2 months to receive updated warranty paperwork showing that product A was installed. Receiving this updated warranty paperwork required my getting GAF involved, and then sending SIX email requests, asking for updates.I could write a novel on how terrible every aspect of dealing with Legacy Services has been. (I actually did write a lengthy chronology because I was forced to reach out to GAF for their intervention in correcting my warranty paperwork) Consider this review the highlights. The details of the last 9 months of dealing with this company required 2 pages to write out. DO NOT HIRE LEGACY SERVICES. I rarely post reviews and really never post negative ones. This is a negative review worth posting. Learn from our disaster of an experience. Do not hire this trash company for anything.Service: Roof installation

RUN as far away from this company as you possibly can! BEWARE!!! The owner, Tomas, and his sales team/employees are disingenuous and dishonest and have the poorest quality workmanship, customer service and responsible ownership I have ever encountered. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau. As a responsible homeowner and business person, I try to always give the benefit of the doubt and have never written a poor google review as such. In this case, suffice to say, in this review I have extended some grace and refrained from much of what I have encountered with this company. Feel free to reach out should you want further details but do yourself a favor and just say NO TO LEGACY SERVICES and find ANYONE else to do your work.

Legacy replaced all of our vinyl siding which another company had previously installed incorrectly only months before we purchased our home. Ridiculously incorrectly. Legacy showed us all of the problems, some of which we knew about, hence the call to them, and they also showed us the rotted wood around the windows and even the collected, standing water at the bottoms of the windows as well. This siding was only two years old, but there was so much rot under it already.Thankfully, they fixed everything from the wood, to the wrap, to the siding, and it was all done correctly, with all of the correct pieces being used in the appropriate places. It even looks a thousand times better, and it certainly seems to be water tight now. We'll know more if we ever get rain again, but considering that the other company cut corners, even by not caulking the windows, we should be in fine shape. Legacy's crew came in and had the old siding gone in less than half-a-day, and the rest of the work was completed before the week was out.Legacy was fast, efficient, and attentive to detail. The project manager even came out at the beginning to ensure it was going well, then once in the middle of the work, and again at the end to inspect and ensure that all was okay. I would recommend this company to any of our neighbors who needed work done.

After a difficult situation with another roofing company, I was forced to go looking for another contractor. My friends recommended Legacy Service and I am really glad they did! Look, when you are trying to find a contractor, you really need two things: Experience and Professionalism. With these guys, you get both. Manager was attentive, always available, and always returned my phone calls immediately. But most importantly, the team has been doing this for a long time as you can tell by the quality of work they perform.
