We had roof damage after a bad windstorm (which caused a tree to fall on our house) and had to get a whole new roof. We interviewed about 4 different companies and chose Storm Tech Roofers for a few reasons. Adam, the owner and main contact, was great at communicating (not only responsive, but helpful in explaining things regarding the roof as well as the process of using insurance) - we had a ton of questions as we never dealt with home insurance or roof issues before, and he was patient with us. Speaking of which, his knowledge and guidance with all things insurance was another reason we hired him. And he did great in working with our insurance company and everything went super smooth. Lastly, we hired him because he seemed to be very knowledgeable about roofing materials and techniques, particularly when it came to our challenging roofline. He subs out with a company he knows well and has been using for years, and he is there supervising the entirety of the job. It took them only a day to do the entire roof and then another day for the gutters. In the end, we are happy with everything.

Recently I had damage to my roof and an insurance claim. A friend of mine recommended Stormtech roofers.Adam, who owns and manages the company was there every step of the way. Helped with consulting on shingle type, cost, install process and helped set my overall expectations on delivery.I am not a roofer, but I can say it looks very clean and professional. In addition you can see the original roof where Adam had placed a shingle on top with drone footage to show us the shingle compared to the old. There is some mold and moisture issue in my attic. I contacted Storm Tech Roofers for possible remediation. Unfortunately, my problem is not something they usually provide service for. However, the owner was very nice to communicate with me for about 10 minutes, listening to my problems, providing helpful professional insight and explaining some basic/essential rules of attic ventilation.I feel the owner is very professional and can identify the root of the problem quickly.

Our townhouse community was is need of roof replacement. We went to several roofers for estimates and presentation. Adam and Storm Tech came in with the best price, the best service, excellent coordination with our chimney contractor, and our roofing committee. Adam was very professional when responding to questions and homeowner needs, he took the time to work through contract revisions and a schedule change carefully. We had a small water stain by a skylight on a vaulted ceiling. We just had shades installed in the skylight. The installer thought there was an issue with the skylight. I called Storm Tech and spoke with Adam. Adam came out the very next day and inspected the roof and the skylight itself. He found quite a few leaves that have been sitting on the roof for some time now and he pulled those off while he was up there. Adam recommended that I contact the skylight manufacturer to have them come out and inspect the skylight. He was here for a good 45 minutes and did not charge me anything. Other companies wanted to charge $199 just to come out. I couldn’t have been happier. You can bet I’m going to contact Storm Tech when we have any roof issues and we’ll advise all of our friends and family to do the same. Adam was very friendly and professional. I had house damage due to storms in 2020. I wanted to give my business to a local company and Storm Tech gave me an estimate very quickly (within hours) and for what I think is a fair price. They came in and replaced my entire roof in 1 day! Looks superb - see pictures below.My contact person was the owner, Adam Woodworth, and he was everything you want in a contractor.- no pressure: Adam explained my options and pros and cons of each. He was also patient in answering my many many questions and I appreciate the courtesy. Never felt like I was dealing with a car salesman trying to upsell me.- communicative: I received frequent updates and prompt responses, via e-mail or text.- flexible: Adam worked with me to accommodate my requests. One example is, some time after the roof went up, I asked Adam if he could fly his drone overhead to check. No problem.- kept commitments: No "gotchas". For example, there were a couple of delays (weather-related) but I was never surprised.- attention to detail: if you can't trust someone with the little things, how can you trust them with the big things? Adam came back the day after the roof was installed to do another magnetic sweep (for hidden nails, etc.) and check for trash that might've been missed by his crew. The extra effort didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated.I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Adam and Storm Tech. I reached out to Storm tech roofing today. I am on the property team for Meadowcroft Presbyterian Church in West Chester. Before calling Storm Tech I called numerous other highly recommended roofing companies. All who were at least 4 to 5 weeks out before they could even come out to look at our issues. (We have a leaks in two of our buildings the leaks most likely caused any ida) Adam the owner of the company took my call. After explaining our situation and frustration he agreed to come out himself and advise us that same day. He came up with a very satisfying and cost effective solution to our problem. He then got up on the roof of the other building and gave us a free temporary fix for our other leak. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled on Storm tech roofing by a Google search.Brian
