Pinnacle Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof this week. I gathered 4 quotes before choosing Pinnacle. There was no pressure at all. Not only was Pinnacle’s quote the lowest, but it included more extras than the other 3 roofing companies. Scott Olsen was an excellent communicator and a hands-on boss who made many trips up and down the ladder before and during the project. His team arrived exactly on time and worked very hard and efficiently on my home. There were no hidden costs or surprises. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing. They recently replaced three existing skylights with new Velux solar-powered skylights and repaired the chimney flashing at my home in Providence. Scott, the project manager, provided a detailed proposal with different options and took the time to explain them all and to answer my questions. Both he and his crew were a pleasure to work with. When it rained I could hear water hitting the ceiling in my second bathroom. After several weeks I noticed mold developing. The only hole in the roof at that point was the vent pipe. I called Pinnacle after talking with my neighbor who just had his roof done by Pinnacle. The first day they couldn't get to me, but Matt DeRose was able to stop in the next day and installed new seals on the vent pipes. He was very professional and quick. He repaired both vents and took some photos of possible future issues, which were extremely helpful. Being 76 yrs old I only wish they did Senior Discounts and/or Veterans Discounts, because trying to live on Social Security alone does not leave much wiggle room.I highly recommend them, for their excellent quality, workmanship and Professionalism.

Pinnacle’s crew did a wonderful job on the flat roof of our sun parlor. The white membrane was a special order. The crew worked in “stocking feet” as they applied the “full adhesion” cement to the substrate and the membrane. I waited for the rain on 6/24/23 before writing this review. Pinnacle’s work restored the gentle slope of the roof to the wooden gutters of this 1928 gambrel colonial. Kudos also to the gentleman who delivered the dumpster!

Bought a new house with what looked like a roof issue. After calling the company whom the previous owner said installed the roof six months prior --five times over the span of two weeks -- and receiving no response, I reached out to Pinnacle. Scott O immediately scheduled an appointment with me, and arrived promptly the next day. Giving my roof a full inspection, he explained to me clearly and concisely why the roof was actually in fine condition and why the problem I was seeing was merely cosmetic. Despite my offering payment for his time and professional inspection, Scott wouldn't accept anything in return.Obviously not all, but there are many unscrupulous roofers out there. The one who installed my roof wouldn't even bother to return my calls. Many roofers would have tried to up-sell a new roof or at least indicate some sort of problem to an otherwise unknowledgeable new homeowner like myself. But Pinnacle - whose response was immediate, professional, thorough, and very kind -- did what was right, saving me potentially thousands of dollars on an unnecessary repair. Because of that have earned a lifelong customer in me.

Good overall experience. A fair and well explained proposal. A willingness to work with my builders schedule on interior work. 1 day quality job with a good clean up. My only small nit was a lack of communication a week before the project started, but later learned that the foreman on the project was ill. He more than made up for it after he recovered.
