He didn’t waste my time requiring a second meeting just to get a price. He gave me an easy to understand quote, scheduled my replacement. After having had a new roof put on our old house last year, with 3 callbacks for leakage issues, Shingles Now were awesome! The team work together so efficiently and smoothly, they do half the roof at a time in case of rain, the house didn’t shake when they brought up the heavy shingles, and their cleanup was great! No time is wasted if something runs out, as they always have extras on site - every detail has been thought out. I am so grateful tonight as I sit here listening to the rain...because it's all outside!! After several years of leaks that were progressively, getting worse, I knew it was time to address it. I had several folks refer Shingles Now and i requested a quote online. Charlie called within 30 minutes and was inspecting my roof within a day! The quote came back very reasonable compared to other companies! We got on the schedule but the Mother Nature had other plans. It rained for weeks it seemed! Charlie would send me weather updates so that we could determine our window of opportunity. We finally got a break but the crew would have to get an early start. And they did! By 6:40 am on a cold December morning, shingles were being torn off! The team was neat, efficient and professional. They replaced the entire roof (decking and shingles ....1400 Sq ft), installed a ridge vent, removed two turbines, and also knocked out my pump house so it would match. 🙂 As they began packing up, the rain returned.The roof looks amazing and better yet, it isn't leaking!! I have peace of mind knowing that I don't have to put out pots and buckets and my towels can in the closet!I would highly recommend the team at Shingles Now. I have had shingles now LLC out to my home following a storm to repair flashing that was knocked down from the wind. I called right after the storm and they were able to schedule me for that evening to check things out. Rodney was professional, incredibly kind and worked quick. Even went above and beyond to insure the rest of the roof was good to go while he was there!Fast forward a year later after another crazy storm we had a leak on our back patio roof so called Shingles Now and they didn’t disappoint and still had the same great customer service they did a year ago, not something you see very often anymore!
