We used Balanced Building and Repair to stain our deck. We didn't want stain on the flooring because it was composite, so they just stained our railings and stairs. They scheduled an appointment within 2 days, and completed the work in about half a day. We were very impressed with the results! We are very pleased with the work Balanced Building has done for us. We had moisture issues where our AC unit sits, which was causing the ground to sink. Ames Hamilton (owner) came and gave us a quote, very kind and professional - and reasonably priced. He was willing to work with us on all requests we had, and delivered. He even went above and beyond, when asked to put the dirt and rocks between the space of grass and concrete. I recommend him 100%. Next project he will do for us will be a new fence, can't wait to work with him again.

My neighbors were having some fence work done by these guys, I saw the quality and asked them to do my fence. I am impressed with the quality, they did what said they would do, when they said they would do it. Most importantly, there was a verbal agreement on where the fence would be, and as an honest mistake, the guy building the fence didn’t get that message. When it was brought to their attention, they made it right without any delay. I was referred to BBR by my neighbor when I was looking for someone to do a small fencing/gate project at my home. Sam came the same day that I contacted them to give me a quote which I received that very evening. The work was scheduled for the next week and was completed today. Recently our company Piedmont Electrical Distributors of Greenville, Inc. hired Balanced Building & Repair, LLC to pave with concrete our driveway and loading dock area. This was a rather large job requiring multiple truckloads of concrete. Ames was as a professional contractor as I have ever dealt with. From quote to finished work BB&R did an exceptional job. We were told upfront when the job would start, how long it would take and the exact cost. We now have a beautiful 6" deep concreted driveway reinforced with fiber that will withstand the constant 18 wheeler traffic that we receive. This work began several days after our first meeting and only took 2 days to complete. The bonus is that the job was under budget!
