I had a leak in my toilet tank and water overflowed for 2 hours. By the time I was able to get a plumber, water damaged baseboards, floors, and most of my garage ceiling. Juan came to view the damage the next day and sent me a reasonable quote that afternoon. He and his crew came the next day with dehumidifiers to dry out my floors and garage. They went the extra mile in moving stuff and putting together storage shelves. I can't say enough good things about this company. Amazing staff!Services: Flood cleanup, Water removal

I had a major water leak from my refrigerator that caused the floor to sag. The leak was fixed but the floor was gone due to it leaking for a long time. Joe from Restoration 1 met me and discussed what needed to be done. His crew came out on time, removed the damaged wood, set out fans to dry ( took 3 days), and installed new sub flooring. All the time updating me. Joe and his crew were true professionals all through the job. I can highly recommend this company and this crew for outstanding quality and professionalism. Restoration One team members Antonio B and Joe were both very professional after we had water damage from a bathroom problem upstairs. The company came for an evaluation quickly, then explained all aspects of what needed to be done. They then performed all work efficiently and well. Antonio came each day to check to make sure all was going to plan and to make sure we were happy. They documented all work clearly so communication with our insurance company went smoothly. It was the first time I had to make a claim on my house and 18 years. Andrew and Grant were the gentleman sent out from restoration one- they were not only professional but very helpful in guiding me through the insurance process. Always on time, always amazing! After my supply line busted and I was frantic I called restoration one and they arrived very quickly to help with my water line leaking. They took control the situation immediately. We experienced a leak in our upstairs master bath. They responded within an hour of the event and started the drying process immediately. Joe, Justin, and Juan were all amazing. They did an amazing job of drying out the water damage we incurred from an AC leak. They were all nice, curteous, punctual, and were available to answer questions at any time. They cleaned up after themselves and we're willing to work around my schedule. They even helped me move my water soaked rug outside to dry when I couldn't get lift it myself. I highly recommend them!

They came and checked out a busted hot water line and the damage in my kitchen. They got started that day knocked it out. Andrew and Jeff both came out on time every day with the monitors. Great group of guys and great company! If you need any restoration, don’t hesitate to give these guys a call!

My wife flooded our kitchen from the upstairs laundry room so I needed someone fast. Restoration 1 was quick over the phone to dispatch a tech for me. The technician called me almost an hour before he came and asked which homeowners insurance carrier we had. So when he showed up over an hour later and told me they didn’t work with my insurance company I realize they just wasted my time and I could have called a different company in that time. Very unprofessional to not let me know over the phone that they wouldn’t work with my insurance company.

They appeared to be a decent company until they sent the bill to the insurance company. I had a water leak in my half bath. They charged by insurance more money that the cost of the floor repair. I believed my claim to be less than 7-7,500.00 total (including restoration). Restoration Ones’ bill was more than the cost of my floor. With what they charged I could have replaced the floor and got a new roof. I was so upset I called other companies to compare the service I received Restoration One; I was over billed. My insurance was dropped.Run from this company.

My sister lives in SC and had an emergency with her mother in law’s property. A drainline seemed to give way for some reason. Again no other contractors in the area were available or picked up their phones. The operators in this company were onsite and extracting waste water from a basement at 11pm on a Tuesday night. This is customer service and professionalism at its best. Helped them through the whole process like family. Excellent. I highly recommend them. 👍👍👍
