Been trying to get in contact with someone from css because i have a leak that has formed in my bathroom they installed new roof. Ive called no answer. Ive even went by their office at 4 and it was closed. Left message no return. Guess next step is lawyer and better business bureau complaint. This is bullcrap when this company takes your money and the costumers gets treated like this.

Highly recommend CSS Roofing. The guys showed up when they said they would and performed a thorough inspection. They performed some minor repairs on the spot and even did a few touch ups and a very reasonable price. Can’t thank them enough. Do yourself a favor and call them if you need ANY roofing work done.

Lied to from the very beginning. "We will start when we get your first insurance check." Approximately three weeks later, still no contact and when contact was made, was informed they needed more money and refused to schedule. It had been discussed that after the insurance check, the rest would be a cash payout for the remainder. Was told there was no paperwork with that agreement. I told them I had no paperwork stating they wanted more money. Now there is a lien against them. The owner made an agreement with me to return some of the money if I cancelled the lien. Found out what needed to be done, informed him via email, called several times. Refuse to respond. He told me, "I know what kind of man I am." Guess what? So do I and now others do to

Great company. Replaced roof and insurance paid for everything. All i had to pay was my $500 deductible and they replaced my roof and did interior work. Quick and clean workers highly recomend CSS Roofing

The short of it is that I have been trying to get a leak in my roof patched for six months now and nothing has been done. Initially promising experience then no communication at an almost intentional level.The long of it is that I called about a leak in my attic May 2018, and they came out to look at the house and couldn't go on the roof because of the rain. From shingle damage on the overhang, they suggested I call insurance and have the whole roof replaced. They would be there for the inspector so he wouldn't walk all over me. They would come and get on the roof and see for themselves in the interim, which they did.Radio silence for 2 months because CSS took my insurance info, I thought they were coordinating with insurance. I finally called and asked what was going on, and it turns out CSS had the incorrect contact info for me, and I needed to get in touch with the insurance company. The insurance guy came, but the CSS rep couldn't make it, but asked me to call and tell me what the insurance company decided. I called CSS rep and told him the insurance would file a report but the leak didn't look worth my deductible. CSS rep agreed because when he looked at my actual roof, there wasn't much wind damage. This was news to me. CSS never said anything after roof-looking visit. CSS said they would send a crew out to patch the roof.It's summer, I don't know roofing schedules, so I give it 3 months and nothing. So, I finally call Thursday November 1st, and my CSS rep is out with a death in the family, but he will definitely get in touch with me the following Tuesday. No problem, I'm sorry for his loss! I take the time then to verify they have my correct phone number before hanging up. I call again the following Friday, Nov. 9th, a little irritated and the receptionist says she will call my rep that minute and he will reach out to me.It's Thanksgiving and still no word. My in-laws recommended this company to us from a good experience with them. I'm not sure if it is because I'm younger, or a woman, but I have never felt so belittled and disrespected by a company.
