I had an emergency on a Saturday morning. Water was pouring into my kitchen thru the ceiling and two electrical outlets during a rainstorm. We had to turn the power off because there was so much water coming out of the outlets and switches. My friend Mike M recommended Monarch roofing as he had used them previously on his own emergencies and repairs.I called Monarch and the phone was answered immediately by an associate who advised they would have someone call me. Within 15 - 20 minutes Robbie called me. When I told him about the water / electrical issue he said they would be right there and they were!! Andrew and Robbie came in, inspected the situation on the inside and then proceeded outside to see what was up. Andrew got up on the roof, (even though there was light rain still falling) and discovered my ridge cap shingles had been completely chewed away by a squirrel who was actually in the house!! We urged the squirrel out of the house by banging and yelling followed by Andrew replacing the ridge cap shingles.So not only did we have our roof fixed, we also had a obnoxious critter removed!!Great job by Robbie and Andrew of Monarch Roofing for speedy, reliable workmanship!!

Every person at Monarch was extremely courteous and helpful. The crew that did the work was amazing. They took care that none of my plants were harmed. They worked hard and were truly skillful. Larry Biles is an excellent Supervisor. He led his team of workers with confidence and ease. His team is amazing. They were continuously doing each phase of the roof in support of each other. They also cleaned up the yard of all debris-including my rain barrel tops! I have experienced the same work ethics with everyone at Monarch Roofing. Each member is definitely in step with the team. Everyone I have worked with is patient, kind, and willing to listen and answer all your questions. After dealing with a poorly installed roof for too many years, I can finally be at peace. From the initial consultation on last December's storm damage to the completion of the project of total repair and replacement, they exhibited a high level of expertise, service, communication, and attention to detail. Their team, Robbie Harper, Angel Cameron, Ainhoa Xabier, Zach Mabe, Reuben, John Gurtler, Tuesday, and Jess worked tirelessly to ensure that the roofing installation was completed to the highest standards, with over 100 of photos for comparison, work progress and record of applied materials. If I could give 6 stars, I'd do it -- that's how impressed I was with my roofing experience. From my initial contact with Project Manager Nick Velotti, to the office staff to the installers (extra shout out to Zach and Tanner)....every employee was professional, knew their job and was responsive to all my questions. Most impressive thing? On time (at 7:30 am) and out the door (at 2pm) just before the rain hit! I had a scheduled appointment with Joe, when he arrived he was very pleasant and asked me what was going on. We went over the issue and he was able to fix it the same day. He went over what he did, showed me the pictures and was done within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Joe and monarch for any roofing issues, they are quick, thorough and very easy to deal with.

I have to say Monarch as a team was very good at doing our roof. If you had any issues, they took care of them. They also said it was gonna be 3 months, and they were done in less than 2. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are very professional and very loyal to the homeowners. Definitely call Monarch for a quote and let them get your job.

Outstanding company with some of the best and most prompt customer service I've received in the Myrtle Beach area. Joe Riddle stood out and shined during the installation of our metal roofs by going above and beyond when an issue arose during the installation process. I can't comment him enough on his professionalism and compassion to make things right and staying involved to ensure our needs were met. They also recommended a painting company for the exterior of our house, and who also did an excellent job. We are very pleased with how our house looks with the new roofs and color and highly recommend Monarh Roofing for your needs.

Monarch Roofing is WONDERFUL. Prompt response and acknowledging me before and after! Andrew Sellers even sent a video while on the roof explaining and showing me and then came down and gave me more info. I know nothing about roofs I am scared of heights and really could be taken advantage of with this. Andrew's pictures confirm what he saw and what needs to be done. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. And the repair is very reasonable!!

If more Stars were available, I would have chosen more! The whole group, this includes the owner, Nick Young, Jamie, David, Eslee on down, Monarch was phenomenal! We had chosen a metal roof and it turned out awesome. We had one challenge that was overcome with the entire crew (once again owner involved). To our satisfaction (and we are extremely tough graders) the job turned out fantastic. Not an easy one at that! This is the go to roofing company on the Strand and we couldn’t be happier! In my dealings with Monarch Roofing, it has been the most enlighten, professional, courteous, gratifying, and productive experience that I ever had ,,, hands down,,,.From the very first person that I spoke with,, to the very last person. To include Mark, who I initially met with; to Joe, who sent me a post card of appreciation, and Tuesday, who sent me a thank you card. If there were more than 5 stars they certainly earned them. 8 buildings and 9 weeks with some of the nicest and most professional folks in the area. Monarch does exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and probably more but I was not up on the roof watching. These folks really work hard! Job Superintendent, Larry Biles, and his crew were outstanding. From Martin, Andrew, Chip, Ainhoa, and all those I have overlooked at Monarch, THANK YOU!. Our property and all the buildings, shrubs, ponds and palm trees were well protected and thoroughly cleaned up. Where there may have been an occasional screen rip, it was promptly an expertly replaced. If there was a wayward nail that found its way into a tire, never a question, promptly repaired or reimbursed. What a great job done on time at on budget. Who could ask for more. We wouldn't think twice about telling anyone to 'look no farther, just say YES to Monarch and you won't be disappointed. It isn't easy to please 120 homeowners, but there has not been one complaint, only compliments. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT MONARCH ROOFING!

Joe was excellent. He came right on time, made us feel very comfortable, climbed up on the roof and took a lot of pictures and even a video. He then came in and we discussed the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. He completely understood what needed to be done and we immediately signed the contract. He is going to get the job done before Christmas. Also want to mention that Angel was wonderful. She kept us informed. It was just a great experience for a difficult problem.

I don't often complete reviews for businesses that have done work for me unless the performance was above adequate. More often than not, adequate is what I've gotten. Until Monarch Roofing! I have never experienced this level of service from any company in my 67 years of walking this planet! From the initial meeting with the Monarch representative to the final email from the administrative staff, I couldn't have asked for more!We did our due diligence when looking for a roofer to take care of our home and narrowed it down to two. Although Monarch's bid was a little higher, we were swayed by three factors. First was the sales representative's (John Gurtler) impressive knowledge of all things "roof" as well as his personable demeanor. Second is the fact that Monarch donates 10% of it's revenue back to the community. (I particularly love that they put roofs on veterans' homes. And third, the reviews for the company were outstanding!There was timely email, text and phone communication before, during and after the install. An entire team was assigned to our project which was scheduled over three days, one for delivery of materials and two for the actual installation. The management crew consisted of Shaquille, Spencer, John and Joe and we were given everyone's cell phone number in case we had questions or concerns. The install crew were a lot of fun and very energetic and were able to complete the install in only one day which included replacing six skylights. Cleanup was completed early the second day.I also want to commend the administrative side of the company as well. From Angel who facilitated the upfront questions and any ongoing concerns, to Tuesday who handled getting us paperwork and warranty information, to Ainhoa who coordinated the scheduling of our install and to Jess who closed the loop on the entire project. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes that these women handle, but it was seamless to us. Thank you ALL for putting a beautiful roof on our house and making it such an amazing process!

Simply awesome...really is the only way to describe the experience from start to finish with the Myrtle Beach team. Extremely professional crew. Neat, clean and they did an awesome job. From Ainhoa in the office to Mark and Spencer in the field, they are simply fantastic to deal with. Mark went above and beyond for us to get things in motion and Spencer oversaw the onsite work which looks amazing. As an added bonus my wife had to go into the hospital for emergency gallbladder surgery and they even sent her flowers. They care and are awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
