When we started seeing water marks on the ceilings we knew our roof had issues we had to deal with. We found Total Roofing on the BBB site and they were out to give an estimate quickly, providing me with a reasonable price, lots of options and professional documentation to help me understand the quote details. Once we agreed they had a team on site 4 days later to repair and replace my entire roof in 8 hours!! Add a friendly and skilled staff, meticulous cleanup and workmanship warranties and I'll never trust a roof to anyone else! Thank you for surpassing all of my expectations.

Levi and Total Roofing was a blessing to me with my home in Murrells Inlet! Our roof was in bad shape and had called around to find someone to look at it and tell us what needed to be done. After trying two other company’s, I took a chance and contacted Total Roofing. I got a quick reply and within a day I was in touch with Levi. He was very a pleasure to meet and explained in detail what needed to be done. Once we were able to start the process, he stayed in constant contact with me and even shared pictures with me during the replacement of the roof. When we realized we had a major leak we contacted several roofing companies for estimates. When Levi Stewart with Total Roofing Solutions and Construction came out he was amazing from start to finish. He was the kindest, most helpful person. He showed up when he said he would and when he knew he would be late he let us know well in advance. He worked diligently with us to get the new roof covered by the insurance company and even though they denied the claim like insurance companies seem to always do, it was not Levi’s fault by any means. We truly felt like he cared about our problems and did everything he could to help. When the guys came out to do the roof they worked from sun up to sun down and when they left my yard looked like it did when they came. Overall this was a great experience with this company and I would tell anyone looking for a good roofer to call them first. Oh by the way they were also priced lower than the other estimates.

I was so pleased with Levi and his explanation of everything. Levi is certainly an asset to Total Roofing Solutions. The crew came out and worked very hard at removing all the old shingles, repair any rot to the roof and prep for the new shingles. Their crew worked diligently to clean up any debris from the tear out and installation. Levi was very meticulous in making sure everything was done in a professional manner. I initially contacted a roofing company I had done business with earlier on with a request for a price on making some repairs needed from the last storm we had in Aynor. The company never returned my call, so I decided to go with Total Roofing without getting additional quotes. I have never been any more pleased with this company. Levi shared contacts for other projects I may need in the future for remodel etc. I am proud to give them 5 stars. If you are like us, first time homeowners with your first big project/repair meaning all of this is new to you and completely overwhelming, I cannot recommend Levi from total roofing solutions enough. After Finding shingles in our yard, we found Total Roofing Solutions online and completely lucked out with Levi. These days you hear all sorts of horror stories from scams to unnecessary work and anything in between, so we were a little nervous going into this blindly. But, from the first phone call to the inspection, working with our insurance company (weeks of back and forth), answering my million questions, the installation of the roof and beyond. Levi eased our nerves and guided us through every step with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Levi was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at communication. He made this process seamless and was always ready/willing to go that extra mile but most importantly he didn’t make us feel pressured or like we were just a sale he needed to make. If there was ever anything we needed done like this in the future, we would most definitely go with Levi and Total roofing!

After interviewing several roofers, I spoke with Cayden who took the time to educate me on what needs to be done to properly repair my roof and the insurance claim process . Cayden kept the insurance company on their toes and maintained constant communication with me for SEVERAL months as he tried to get my out of pocket costs minimized as much as possible. When I had to reach out to the insurance company, the insurance agent notified me that there were over 20 contacts from Cayden and the delays (responses that took over a week for a reply) in communication were from the insurance company (surpising, huh?) The crew that replaced my roof did a superb job and worked very efficient with respect to my property and kept my yard very, very clean in the process. I couldnt be happier with my decision and while I could have saved a few hundred with another company, their interests were not my interests. Of four companies I called and had a roof inspection with (all were in the top of google reviews also), three had wanted me to wait until catastrophic damage occurred to make a larger insurance claim. Cayden adamantly disagreed upon his inspection, showed and educated me as to why he disagreed, and that is what won my business. Awesome company to do business with.

Can't say enough good things about this company. From the initial consultation to the new roof, they didn't miss a beat. Cayden went above and beyond to help us with the insurance company, always there if you have questions, he's amazing. The crew at my house yesterday was fantastic. Even with a heat index of 107° yesterday, the crew kept going and finished the roof. Clean up was amazing, they were using flash lights to check for nails. Steve and crew where fantastic. They worked with us to pick the right tile and were very competitive on the price. With weather in the near future they worked extra hours and were able to finish the job in front of the rain and still did a professional, quality job. My experience was mixed, however TOTAL ROOFING SOLUTIONS gets 5 stars from me because of their professionalism and responsiveness to problems. The shingle delivery people caused a lot of ceiling damage to my home. Steve and his team quickly responded and TOTAL ROOFING SOLUTIONS sought restitution and resolved the problem.All damage was repaired at no cost to me. Since my installations, they have checked on my roof with phone calls after hurricanes, and have gone above and beyond to insure a job they take pride in doing. Not a pleasant experience next door to one of their job sites. I did not get a roof , but my neighbors roof cost me a lot of grief from start to finish. They cleaned up his property , but not mine. 11 asst size nails so far , round plastic pieces , scraps of house wrap and old shingles . I am 100% disabled and should not have to deal with this mess. They put up tarps to slide shingles down and protect my neighbors house but just had it come right down on top of my white picket fence in back part of my house and onto my side of the yard. Horrible mess.
