We came to Riley LeClair with a plot of land that everyone thought was "unbuildable". Riley saw our vision and knew how to accomplish it with sensible ease. I created a home plan that tried to defy gravity and common sense. Luckily, Riley is excellent with problem solving and thinking outside the box to bring my unconventional design into reality without outlandish dollars to achieve it. His ideas have been fresh, realistic, and artistically complimentary to whatever design path my imagination has whisked me off on.We have had numerous builders and tradesmen tour our home during the build process. ALL have commented prolifically on the quality of materials, craftsmanship, and structural design.There has never been a moment during this build process that Riley has been out of touch or unavailable. His wife must be a saint 😇 and we are grateful to have worked with and develop a relationship with him and his family.
