They kept my 100% silk dress over a month. They had to redo it 3 times because of the wrinkles. On the second time I went to pick it up the dress had 3 holes in in it. They couldn't fix it. They offered to reimburse me the cost of the dry cleaning, but wouldn't replace the dress or pay for it. Needless to say I intended on wearing the dress to my friends wedding, he was the father of the bride and I had to buy a dress at the last minute. I do not recommend these cleaners. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I'll never use them again

Unfortunately I do NOT recommend this business. The last TWO times I've brought items in for repair there has been huge issues. It takes a week or more for alterations. The first time my specific instructions were mixed up which caused one pair of pants to be incorrectly hemmed, rendering them useless. The manager did call and apologize and credit me for the issue. The adjustments to the second pair were less than stellar. Ultimately took 2 weeks in total to get back.Just recently I took more pants for alterations and such. 2 were altered incorrectly, the third was not even touched. The person who was supposed to do the alterations was very kind to handwrite a message on a sticky note to inform that they did not hem or let the seat out because they did not have the fabric.Ironically, my bill to retrieve these items seems a bit high, so I calculated everything based off of the receipts and even calculated for taxes, etc, and I'm convinced I've been charged for work not done.Save yourself time and money and go choose another dry cleaning facility. Seek alterations elsewhere.I will.

Do not use this dry cleaning co., they have ruined my winter coat. It was given back to me dirtier than when I left it and also shrunk. They said they could fix it? Then why was it given to me in this condition and not done correctly in the first place.very bad!

It's pointless to go here if your suits have any stains. Whatever they do, they don't take care enough to make sure that what you gave them is actually clean.The whole reason I decided to get my suits dry cleaned was because of some of the ink stains I had on them. I get the suits back and the same stains are still there. Such a waste of money.

This is a revision of my previous review. I changed my rating because Tommy from Masters Mark called me and personally corrected the problem which was a simple misunderstanding. My shirts were professionally done and I have gotten many compliments on them. I will be back and would recommend their services to my friends and family.

I am currently at a loss because of this company. I am in the United States Navy and live in Spartanburg because I am a recruiter here. I have a very important function to go to this weekend. Monday, I brought my uniform pants in to get hemmed. The manager took my pants and my name and told me she would have them to me by Friday. I got no call on Friday. I called this morning and they couldn’t find my name in the system to find where my pants are. They do not hem pants in the store, they send them to an alteration shop in Greenville. Had I known that I wouldn’t have even taken them there. I gave her two hours to find out what’s going on with my order. I call back and now my pants are nowhere to be found. They have lost a pair of $88 pants. I told her I just want them back and she told me that if she finds them she will not be able to get them back to me until Monday. I don’t recommend this company. My pants were never ticketed and put in their system. Others may have a better experience with them but if you want to get an alteration cut out the middle man, which is this company, and find an alteration shop. And according to the website they charge $13 to hem pants. They don’t even do it themselves. Don’t waste your time because a time sensitive alteration could very well not get done let alone they don’t have a sewing machine at all on site.

I had a blue ink stain on a white king quilt and they were able to remove the stain and clean the comforter in less than a week. It looks better than brand new. Excellent service, excellent price. Thank you!!

This Dry Cleaner is the best dry cleaners I have ever been to. I have had some horrible experiences with dry cleaners but not this one. I live in Union Sc and my Mother passed away her funeral is Friday but I have to have her clothes at the funeral home today before closing. I looked up cleaners in Spartanburg and this was the first one I saw. I called and spoke with Mrs. Joey and she was wonderful she told me to go ahead and bring it up here and she would have it ready for me today before closing. With No charge and gave me the best hug I have had since all this happened I will never forget her or how helpful she was to me she is an amazing woman.

Denise is the manager and she is such a sweetheart. She is friendly and will work with u to solve a problem. Prices are affordable. And they do a great job on my clothes i drive further to go there but i trust them to get the stains out and have me looking my best.
