I have attempted to get a bona-fide quote and order for 2 sidelites for a door since August 2022. The son John goes to school and I suppose he works there as a side hustle. Never met the owner, just 2 ladies at the office (nice ladies though) who promise to get back to me, but have never received one return phone call. I've been into the office twice to no avail on a simple quote, order, and install date...even gave them my charge info, and the measurements. As a licensed GC, I know how busy a company can get, but it has been 3 months and that's a bit excessive just to get a quote, order, and moving forward with a possible installation date. I would suggest a dedicated account manager to handle business to business accounts. I'm not upset, just relaying my recent experience/interaction. I'll take my business elsewhere.
