The initial contact was great. Did not get an update when they were going to complete the roof. They just randomly showed up one day. Roof looks great, but they didn't complete the shed as stated in our contract. Asked for credit as insurance paid out for coverage on the shed, but was denied the credit from Apple Roofing. We did go over the contract and does show the shed should have been completed but they still won't credit me. Make sure to review the contract with Apple Roofing.

I had a few minor issues after having my shingles, gutters and gutter guards put on last fall. I called and Mark made an appointment to come that week and inspect my roof. Not only was he able to come look quickly, but was able to give clear and concise expertise honestly and professionally.
