Where do I begin… I have been more than understanding and as always a company will take advantage of the consumer. We got an estimate in June of 2022 and Gary was great. I even recommended them to a co worker. I regret doing so. We thought we made the right choice until our installation. #1 our roof was completed in August 2022 and I am still picking up shingles out of bushes. In addition we had requested to get our fascia replaced along with new gutter installation. In which we keep having to remind them every time we speak. We requested the fascia and have the gutters replaced. Our gutters were to be replaced in September which hasn’t happened as of 11/14/2022. We have been calling and texting Brent who barely replies or answers the phone. The worst experience we have ever had with a business.I understand the subcontracting out the gutter work but this is ridiculous. The job isn’t done and you just don’t wash your hands of responsibility because your part of the job is done.

Professional and courteous service throughout. Gary was able to come and check out storm damage within 2 hours of me calling. He explained the insurance process and took care of things between me and the insurance company. The work that was done was done efficiently, and of superior quality! E & B Roofing came recommended to me by several co-workers. I wasn't sure if I had hail damage to my roof or not and E & B came out to inspect my home. My roof was damaged and needed to be replaced. They came again when the insurance adjuster came to inspect my home and they were helpful in getting my claim approved.The arrived on the day that they were scheduled, tore off the existing roof, replaced the roof and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Came out and inspected in a timely manner, agreed to negotiate with the insurance company but WILL NOT provide me with a written estimate of the dollar amount. Called, emailed, texted and got nothing but ignored for months. Run...run and find someone else that will communicate with you.
