We had a wonderful experience with this company, Jacob, Nash, Ben & Brett were great to work with. The installation team was quick & did a great job. I don't remember their names, but they worked efficiently & got all of our windows installed in a timely manner. Which we were grateful since it was February. Here is a before an after on one set they did. I would 100% recommend these windows & crew!

I had new windows installed. Nash the sales person was awesome! He was very informative and helpful. He always responded to my phone calls if I ever had any questions. Nash followed up with me after installation to ensure I was satisfied with the project. Jonathan the installer did a great job! I was very happy with this home improvement project and I hope to buy more windows in the near future!

This was such an awesome job Lisa guy that installed. It was really really good really prompt really efficient. Scott came bright shiny this morning and put the last piece on that wasn’t in there and then Ben’s the guy who sold it to me was really good and he showed up and he is taking pictures They’re such a wonderful job. Great guys love the work love the shower.

Had a new tub installed. The salesman was awesome (Nash Behan) and very informative and helpful. Followed up on sale to make sure we were completely satisfied. The installer (Lee) was also great. Did a fantastic job, was fast and efficient. Also cleaned up after himself so we were able to use space quickly. Friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and he was pleasant and easy to talk to. We made our choice based on his recommendation and have been very pleased with that choice. They walk you through the process making it so easy. You get to work with the same people the whole time. They even help you get financing. The crew did all my windows in one day and cleaned up after themselves. They even called to check how everything turned after. They want to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. I am so happy with my new windows! Sam at YHIC came over and went through the options and talked us through the entire process. We live in an older house and have over 20 windows that need to be done, and he suggested doing them in phases since there are so many. Within a day or 2 we had an appointment with Brett to come and take measurements, within a week our windows were on order. Everything went so smoothly! Once the windows were infrom the manufacturer, I got a call to confirm when they could come and install. Jeremy and his guys were amazing! They were on time, so polite and gave us updates as everything was happening. They even came down and joked around while getting more tools, and didn’t mind when our puppy wanted attention. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, including little bits and scraps outside. After looking at the new windows, Jeremy showed me how they work and what to watch out for as the seals were drying. One of the screens had a little tear, but he advised that the company already knew about it, and someone would be coming out to have it fixed.Everything is so much brighter, and they were even able to match the trim on the outside without taking off the window detailing on my old craftsman style house. Will definitely be using them for the next phase of window replacements.

We're working on our second project with YHIC and have been very happy with our interactions with all personnel, as well as the project results. Nash Behan, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. He made great suggestions to help design a bathroom remodel for my elderly mother with her safety in mind. He listened to what we needed and didn't pressure us to include things she didn't need. I would recommend Nash and YHIC to anyone considering a window replacement or bathroom remodeling project. UPDATE 1/5/24: It’s amazing that a bathroom can be transformed in 2 short days. The tub, tile, and subflooring were removed, copper plumbing and drains brought up to code, new flooring installed, and a walk-in shower with safety features was created. Cody, the master plumber, knew just what to do when he hit a snag with 1960's plumbing. And of course Lee was there through the whole project, from demolition to restoration, expertly creating a modernized bathroom that will keep my mother safer at home. Thanks for a job done well!
