BEWARE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COULD CARE LESS!This man ignores every issue you bring up. Where do I start. The sawdust leaking on our entire attic with no prior warning. Inaccurate measurements so many places. Left our attic exposed in the front because they did not cover the boards and so he replaces some boards then leaves others including the rotting ones.. just incomprehensible! The porch is litweally leaking even worse than before. After they were well into the job Les stands in front and said he "didn't know how to repair porches." The exact job he was hired to do!!Just one thing after another and to top all of that the man's last measley effort was attact an offcentered GUTTER to our FRONT porch and drill holes in our FRONT porch PILLAR then attaches a DRAINPIPE to it!I was left with the remainder of their overpaid paid job and again Les was of no help.Did not even have the decency to message me back because as you can see from his reply he clearly does not care and once again dodges the issue.Photos attached represent his finished work.

I cannot say enough good things about Les, his business, and his family. 5 stars simply does not do the business justice.One day while checking my mail, I noticed a single shingle in my front yard. Once I got to the mailbox and turned around I was able to spot the missing shingle. I called Les for a roof inspection (free) and an estimate to repair the roof outside of anything that I could not see.He quickly shored up the problem and advised that I contact my insurance company as I had some hail damage. Now to the untrained eye (being me) the roof looked fine, but taking his advice as a tenured person in the industry, I called my insurance company for them to evaluate.Within a week the insurance company was out and just as Les advised, there was hail damage and my claim was approved for a full roof replacement.Again, Les and his team quickly responded and replaced my roof and made sure that the replacement was up to current building codes (as when my house was built there were certain roof codes that did not exist at the time).It took just a tad bit more than day BUT this was in the middle of the winter months when daylight hours are shorter. The roof looks fantastic.Les even worked with me and an unfortunate situation I was in. Going through a divorce, the insurance check was cut to myself and soon to be ex and I could not deposit the check as we do not have a joint account.Long story short, we handed the check over to my attorney and the attorney will cut the check to Les. I kept Les informed every step of the way and he was very understanding and empathetic to my situation.Outside of business matters, Les was a friend to me, a neighbor, and a valued member of our community.In closing, if you want the job done correctly, if you don't want someone that cuts corners, if you want a seasoned professional that values quality of work, and stands behind his work, and believes that your word should mean something, then you want Les Norris Roofing!

I would highly recommend Les Norris Roofing for your repairs or full replacement.I requested quotes and evaluation from a few BBB accredited roofers in our area. We had many missing shingles and granular loss. Recent severe storms definitely impacted us.Scheduling was easy and flexible thanks to Barb. By far, Les impressed us with his honest evaluation. Both he and Cole arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were able to show us in detail things we could not easily see from the ground (hail damage).He provided an estimate with needed code updates. Plus he was able to answer questions about various roofing options and changes we discussed regarding the feasibility of a ridge vent instead of passive 12x12 vents. We also requested a quote for new gutters and downspouts.The quotes were definitely reasonable. There was no hard sell or pressure to sign immediately.The installation and clean up went smoothly. Both the roofing crew and gutter crew were careful to protect our property and landscaping. Both Les and Cole were onsite each day; with Cole staying onsite all day to oversee the roofing work.Finding a locally owned business that does the job right, stands by their work, and makes the process painless is getting harder to find. If anyone needs a roofer I very highly recommend LES NORRIS ROOFING, LLC. They are FANTASTIC.When I left for work Wednesday morning at 7:40 I noticed that the shingles and everything had quietly been delivered at some point before I had awakened, and then when I returned home that afternoon at 4:20 my beautiful roof was finished. The old shutters and debris had already been hauled away, and Cole’s workers were loading up their tools and going over the yard, driveway, patio, sidewalk, etc with a magnetic broom-like thing that picked up nails, for which I was very thankful because the previous nightmare roofing company from only 10 years ago hadn’t done that.I just can’t praise Lee Norris Roofing enough. They were awesome from the time I called and Cole came to look at my old roof and gave me an estimate, to the time the last shingle was put on and the trucks drove away. I'm so pleased with the new roof Mr. Norris installed for me after mine received storm damage. I was most impressed with his professionalism when he came to inspect the damage. He provided a packet of information including his insurance certificate, shingle examples and warranty information. He also provided a detailed quote, which my insurance company required making the entire transaction go smoothly. Les Norris and his crew made getting my roof replaced an easy, great experience. He was the out to quote it the same day I called for one and out to put it on before the timeline he gave me. He called and let me know everything to make sure it was okay with me. Our roof was damaged in the recent tornado, Les Norris Roofing came recommended from a friend of mine that recently retired from the roofing industry. Les Norris came out himself to provide an estimate and he was the only person from three companies to go through exactly what would be done and the materials to be used. The other companies wanted to know how much the insurance was paying for and the handed you a paper with a price. Les never asked about how much the insurance was covering and provided a fair estimate.Les made me feel comfortable doing business with him so much so that I also had his company replace all of the gutters on the house with larger 6in gutters, a project we had been putting off.Les Norris Roofing was quick to come out and replace the roof. The quality of the work was top notch. His crew cleaned up the site and made sure there was no debris or most importantly nails left behind. I would not hesitate to call Les Norris Roofing for another need or recommend Les Norris Roofing to someone else.

Les Norris and his crew did a great job on a full replacement of my roof this past week. To summarize, they did a quality job at a very reasonable price, which is the definition of providing great value to their customer.Specifically, I had a few leaks due to shoddy/inadequate work done by previous owner(s) of my home, as well as some rotting decking boards. The issues were addressed effectively and quickly. I am confident that, as Les stated, my roof is now "watertight."In addition, Les has responded quickly and effectively to a couple of minor issues that his crew caused, i.e., dump trailer leaving ruts in my front yard and a little drywall damage on an interior wall by a dormer window upstairs. These issues have been/are being addressed to my satisfaction.Based on my experience detailed above, I highly recommend Les Norris Roofing for any roofing work needed.

We had to replace our roof due to a leak I luckily heard before it did any damage to our home. We put out the call to several contractors and set up times for estimates. Les was the first to come out. He made it a point to listen to, and answer any questions we had. Presented us with a professional bid, which included a booklet containing the different shingle types and colors. He also had samples of the components his company uses.Once we got the bids in we found that they were all going to be about the same price, however Les was going to use higher quality products and offer a better warranty on the roof. So we naturally awarded the contract to Les Norris Roofing.When they arrived to install the roof I was leaving for work, and by the time I got home that afternoon they already had half the new shingles on the house. My wife was very pleased that Les was there onsite the entire first day. The crew was very polite and professional and they did not leave until they had finished the house and had wrapped the roof on the shop. The following day one of the crew came and finished the shop before I got home from work.We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of both Les and his crew. We have already recommended Les Norris Roofing to our neighbors, and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

After the tornado, we are trying to find people to help us fix our roof. Les drove a long way, through all of the traffic just to meet with us. He sat in the dark ( we still didn’t have power at the time) with us to discuss everything. Extremely professional, kind and honest. He was the only one to give us an actual quote, the others wanted to see what insurance would pay first. My roof looks amazing, they got it done quickly. Amazing company, it is hard to find people you can trust in the situation we was in, we are extremely lucky to have found this company!!

I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and Norris Roofing is "Stellar." It was a total roof tear off, sheath repair, and then improved replacement. They came in, were on the spot, did their work with minimal intrusion, and left with everything cleaned up, picked up. Moreover, they worked with the adjuster and insurance company to assure my interests were correctly and properly cared for. As I have said, "Contractors", this being the fourth roof I have had replaced due to storm damage on the homes I have owned. Norris was there with constant oversight and response, THE BEST!
