I needed help with my facia in my roof. I called them on Wednesday they made an appointment for estimate for repair for Thursday. Nate Harrell let me know his arrival time. He came out inspected it and said let me call the owner and I would like to repair it for you today. My expectations was estimate today repair in future. So happy I called them. On time and didn’t rip me off for small job being done. Fixed my issue and will call them again in future. Reason I called is last week for Forrest homecoming week they are a sponsor for sports at school my children atttend. They were providing free hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and drinks before last Friday homecoming game. They are giving back to community and I love to do business with people that give back. Timeline and communication from the beginning to the end was on point. Zane was very easy to work with as Project Manager and kept us informed. Highly recommend! Nate Harrell arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) the same day we called him and was very professional yet friendly and easy to deal with. I expected to get an estimate and wait days or weeks for repairs but he arrived ready to get the work done as he knew the repairs were related to closing on our house in a few weeks. He reviewed the inspection report, looked at the roof and gave me an estimate. He then proceeded to repair even more than what was required so that everything would be done right. He also did a couple of other caulking jobs that were in the report but not actually on the roof. He then sent his report the same day so we had proof of the repairs. Trevor and his team are rock stars! They came in and got the job done on our 1985 house that has siding on the dormers and got new gutters! He is very quick to respond and always ready to get the job done ASAP for us! I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone in the area! He completed a full roof inspection with very detailed notes and pictures of damage for insurance. We have tried to get insurance to cover a roof replacement for years with no luck (probably due to poor contractors, now knowing what a good contractor does).
