Lynn and his wife at Snowden’s were both a joy to work with. They were recommended to me by a trusted contractor after 2 other local roofing companies failed to be able to repair our roof. They showed up when they said they would, and they came in at exactly what the estimate was. Communication was fantastic! Our roof is finally fixed correctly and we couldn’t be more pleased. They even went above and beyond in painting some trim they had to replace for us, free of charge. We will definitely be contacting them again when it’s time to replace the whole thing.

My skylight started leaking after a bad hailstorm. I remembered Snowden's having a good reputation when I worked for State Farm years ago, so I asked Snowden's Johnson City to come look at the skylight. He came the same day and said that I had some pretty major hail damage and that he recommended I speak with my insurance agent. What struck me was that he also said that if I didn't want to replace my roof at this time, he'd be glad to seal the skylight for a small fee and it'd probably stay sealed for a few years. I appreciated that he gave me a choice. I called my insurance agent and the adjuster said that I did indeed have major hail damage and needed a new roof. I contracted Snowden's to do the work. The communication was great (even texted me w/ questions or to say they were running ahead of schedule) and the crews were insanely efficient and hard working. The quality of the roof is great and they gave me the option of removing the skylight, integrating existing into new roof, or replacing with updated. I elected to have it removed altogether. Very happy with the work they did. They also replaced some siding that was damaged by the hail and it looks fantastic. Good people to deal with and its clear the owners take a lot of pride in their work and in their company. Will definitely work with them again if I (God forbid) ever need another roof!Service: Roof installation

Edit: In response to the rebuttal below: This absolutely was a new gutter. And yes, I was told when I called that no one was available to discuss the matter because they were out on a job and had the promise of a callback. I left voicemails and I left messages with the person answering the phones and never could get anyone to help. The previous reviews are gone, likely due to new business address on GoogleNeeded work on gutter and part of it replaced. He told me to watch it during the next heavy rain and let him know if there were any issues. It rained a few days later, and the new gutter didn’t drain to the downspout because it wasn’t angled. Water just poured over the edge. I called back and the person answering the phone said no one was available at the time to talk about it and promised a callback. I called back daily for a couple of weeks and got the same response every time. Finally, they stopped answering when my number came up. Tried from a different number and they answered, but promised a callback. No one ever called or came back.I have posted this review before, but it has been deleted.
