I called this company almost 2 weeks ago, on March 29th. We have TWO holes in our roof and a lot of roof damage from a large limb that fell during a storm (thankfully the holes are over our porch). I was told that Russell couldn't be here until the following Monday, April 4th...I agreed to that. I had spoken with Russell on the phone and he is nothing but RUDE!Guess what...I'm still waiting on Russell...he's YET to show up...it's now April 15th and he's not even bothered to call. Russell lost out on a complete roof replacement job.No...I'm not using this company, we've chosen a different one that actually SHOWED UP the same day I called.

I can say this They are a family oriented business, and Mr. Tim Allen is A legend when it comes to Roofing and especially in tile and slate, he has the upmost respect from me, and these people are very professional. They keep their grounds clean. They always treat their customers with the upmost respect and they they have more experience in this field just in their main office, Then the rest of the roofing companies around here have altogether. And all of their workers are treated very very well. They’re always up to date with them equipment they’re always dead on point with their safety issues guidelines they stick by their rule books they stick by the way things are supposed to be done correctly and I know Mr. Micah Allen takes care of every bit of that with a fine tooth comb and all those workers have excellent skills and Mr. Micah takes care of that also. And they do every job, the same way to the tea by the point and correct and they do it in a timely fashion as they see fit in there so the best people to work for they actually care about their workers and their customers you’ll never get a better roof from anywhere or customer service. Then you will at Allen’s Roofing lookIn the history of Roofing in this town Allen’s Roofing is the best and we did it all. Can’t nobody beat our work. We’ve been inmagazines for years. We are professionals and they don’t come to better than us. Mr. Tim Allen is an expert at Roofing and so shall the rest of us as long as we follow his steps. And if people would just give him time to let you know what needs to be done and give him time to do it your roof will last a whole lot longer…. 100 years from now You won’t be there, but your roof will be…. endless don’t forget the fact they were the first company in town to do all this imitation slate and imitation towel real towel, real slate all that stuff the area Roofing is doing nowadays we were doing it years ago and we specialize in historic restoration Ollie UT campus. I mean all the way to BlackBerry Farms. How many come on Rewinder a few lines back we are specialists at historic restoration from here to across seas. Our 77 year-old clay tile roof was damaged by a falling tree in a storm. Needless to say, one cannot run to Lowe's for that kind of roof repair. Micah was responsive and excellent to work with in a lengthy process of navigating insurance, ordering tiles, removing the old roof, and installing the new roof. (To be clear the lengthy process was due to insurance and waiting on the new tiles to come in.) His team was on-time, professional, and left our property tidy every single day. While getting a new roof is not pleasant, working with Micah and Nicole (their office manager) was a pleasure. Repaired my slate roof , flat seam copper and flashing made a mess of everything they did. did not finish try ed to get them to come back tim allen or his son would not return my calls they talk a good game but beware their work is a joke.

Terrible customer service, unwilling to fix leaks or call back. After installing new slate roof. These guys are a joke, don’t waste your time or money with them.Service: Roof installation
