Mike and his crew did a phenomenal job of replacing our old roof. He was very thorough and communicated every step of the way what we needed and any issues/problems that may come up. His crew was extremely efficient and did an incredible job of cleaning up at the end as well. Price was competitive and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Overall, very excellent job installing a new roof.

They instantly made us a priority, assessing and patching, getting us on their schedule ASAP for a new roof! My experience with Mobley Brothers was great! Tony came out and assessed our situation (needed a few cap shingles replaced and flashing sealed around Chimney). Later that evening Mike, the owner, called me to walk me through the scope of work needing done and an quote for the work. They came out the following week to complete the work and shared before & after photos. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Because of her Home Insurance coverage I needed help with evaluating the condition of my mother's roof. I found Mobley Brothers online and sent them a message. I quickly heard from Laura Austin and luckily she had a technician in the area who was able to visit the home later that day. Michael Mobley examined the roof and called me and we decided he could make the necessary repairs while he was there. They were able to provide us with a letter for the insurance company documenting the work they had performed. Laura called later to make sure that I had everything I needed to support my mother. I found them to be very helpful and also very professional.

Even when there were a few hiccups (had to replace extra boards and two layers of shingles to remove) I got a call right away explaining what the problem was and what would happen. After the recent tornado Mobley Brothers was one of two local roofing contractors that repeatedly came up in neighborhood conversations. Though they were covered up in storm repairs Mike Mobley provided an estimate promptly and fully itemized the needed repairs; most companies played the 'we don't know until we get in there' game even though there was literally a 10 foot hole in the roof and every needed repair was evident. Other companies were estimating 4-6 weeks as they worked their way through their backlog while Mike recognized the severity of the damage and prioritized the job within the week. The work (a full roof replacement) was thorough and professional and Mike showed a genuine interest in correcting small defects and making my wife happy. No flashy trucks, no slick sales pitches or sleazy finance offers - just an honest man doing quality work at fair prices. Thank you!

Our house was struck by a tree 7 days before selling. Mr. Mike Mobley and his crew of roofers and those experienced with Sheetrock were able to complete the job up to our expectations and to the expectations of our buyers. Not only did they do efficient work but after noticing a leak from our water heater, they immediately had the plumbing work addressed as well. My experience with this company was refreshing. I contacted Mobley Brothers Roofing about needing new gutters, they sent a guy out within a few days to look at the project and I received a quote the following day. The price was great, I picked a 6in gutter with a custom color and in just a few days they were here to install. These gutters look awesome and more importantly they work great! I texted Laura on a Saturday night when we had strong winds blow off part of our chimney siding. She called me immediately and was extremely helpful. She had a technician out first thing Monday morning to assess the damage and provide a quote. The work was done later that afternoon, our technician was Juvenal and he did an incredible job. Mobley Brothers Roofing repaired a small section of my 10-year old roof in 2019 which was leaking. The repair was somewhat complicated because it was visible from the ground and required replacing a few shingles with those that perfectly matched. The crew and company spent extra time searching for several shingle color and type options and reviewing with me to ensure my satisfaction. I was very satisfied with the repair both in terms match quality (unnoticeable repair) and repair quality as it has been 4+ years with no additional leaks. When a huge storm blew through our area and shingles were scattered around the yard, I looked for a local roofing company that already had proven themselves in our area. I have relied on Mike Mobley and Mobley Brothers Roofing for the 2 roofing repairs I have needed over the last 5 years. I have been very impressed with Mike, his roofing crew, and his office administration in both instances.We lost some shingles due to a windstorm in April 2022. I called Mike Mobley to schedule an appointment to get the roof inspected and repaired. Mike and Laura had a crew at my home to repair the missing shingles prior to the next round of storms, as promised, despite the high volume of calls as a result of the wind damage in the area.Mike's roofer Tony repaired/replaced the missing shingles and completed a thorough inspection of my roof for a very reasonable price. Tony noticed that we had a piece of siding trim that has blown off in the storm as well. He fixed the siding free of charge.My hope is that I do not need Mike / Mobley Brother's services again for a while. That being said, Mike will be my first call when we need to work on the roof again. I can not recommend this company highly enough.Mike, thanks for getting to my roof. Storms ripped off some shingles on Friday. I waited to make any calls until monday. Mobley brothers had done some repairs on my house before I bought it so I just called them. On Tuesday my roof was fixed! I know these guys were busy due to all the roofs in the area that had damage from the storm. Amazing experience with Mike Mobbly and Laura. I was looking for someone to check out my roof and get a pricing for new guttering. He sent someone out and then called me back in a few days with the verdict and an estimate. The honesty floored me for Mike told me my roof look good for all the wind we had been having and said I still had 3 to 5 years left on my roof. He explained the issue with my guttering, he informing me I needed six inch gutters, the pricing was awesome, Mike did not take advantage of a single female. I waited till it rain to verify my gutters worked as it should. I was so excited to see the rain coming out of the downspout instead of over the gutters. Mobly Brothers got someone out to us, relatively quickly, to check on an issue we were having with water intrusion. A recommendation was made and we agreed to have the recommended work done, as we wished to ameliorate the leakage issue expeditiously. After several days we heard nothing. I called the owner and asked when we would be scheduled, to which he replied “you will be called the day before we come out,” which in my experience, working with contractors, is a somewhat unconventional and inconvenient method of scheduling work to be done on someone’s home, particularly when time is of the essence. Another week passed and we heard nothing. Then torrential rain and winds hit Knoxville, thus we became very concerned about our water intrusion issue. Again, I called the owner to inquire when we could expect to have our repairs done or at least be given a ballpark estimation. His response was curt, defensive and dismissive; rather take it or leave it, if you will. When I asked why he responded to my inquiry in such a defensive manner, he told me he didn’t appreciate someone “questioning his way of doing things.” I have to wonder if he would have spoken to my husband in the same way, but suffice to say, we will be looking elsewhere for someone to service our roof. It is only natural to wish to be spoken to respectfully and given at least a timeframe, when working with a contractor, as our time and schedule is of value as well. I will not work with a contractor who acts as though they are doing you a favor if and when they show up, whenever they please, mind you, to get paid for the privilege of doing a job. For me. That is not how business should be done IMHO.
