Very professional service and roofing crew. The Barr Roofing rep went to bat for me on hail damage and my insurance reversed their denial and covered all but my deductible. The crew installed 85 squares in too very hot summer days working 14 hours per day. The crew was organized and made every move count. Barr has even checked back to ensure the new roofing is functioning well. Great people to do business with! Highly recommend!

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Barr roofing. Eric Silva went out of his way to provide superior customer service. He took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. We ended up with a much better product on our roof for the same price other companies were charging for an inferior shingle. He was easy to get ahold of and returned our emails and phone calls promptly. His crew showed up on time and had the job finished in less than two days. They did an excellent job cleaning up the yard and removing nails and debris. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends and neighbors.

I've had a business relationship with owners of Barr Residential Roofing Services for about 17 years and they were always very professional. When the May 8th hail storm hit, I called Cody. I also introduced him to my neighbors which most of them ended up using. He didn't disappoint me at all. He worked with me so I could get the house painted and got me the perfect shingle to accent the new paint color. The Gutterman which he uses for the gutters also matched the paint. I recently needed the roof on my daughter's house evaluated for repairs. Not being familiar with Abilene one of the local realtors suggested Barr Roofing. I contacted them and received a cost estimate in less than a week. It was a busy time for roofers, but they quickly provided me an outstanding team that completed the job in less than a day. After completion it really upgraded the looks of the house. I will certainly contact them again if roofing repairs or replacement was required in the future.

I don’t know if I can say enough good things about Barr! On March 2nd a crazy storm came through and decided to take some of our shingles on its way through and we had some leaking too. I called Barr on the 3rd and Corey was out that afternoon to inspect it and provide us an estimate (which was incredibly reasonable!) They were able to get us repaired Monday, before the next storm rolled through. It’s funny because we called another roofing company, big name in town, and I didn’t hear back from them until later the following week… We will continue to use Barr and recommend them to everyone! After a recent hailstorm, I contacted Jason at Barr roofing. He arrived promptly, looked over my roof. Inevitably, the insurance adjuster came when I was out of town, and Jason came back and met with him at my property for the inspection. He walked the whole property with him making sure he saw the damage to the gutters and fence since I couldn't be there to point them out to make sure everything got covered. Really appreciated the promptness and the extra service!

I had about 3’ square of shingles blow off in high wind had contacted 2 other contractors to see about repairing the area they both suggested turning in insurance claim and replacing entire roof. Contacted Barr Roofing after inspection they suggested just to repair bad spot since there was not enough damage on the rest of the roof. I was more than happy to pay a few hundred dollars to repair versus the thousands it would have cost to do the whole roof.

After a recent hailstorm, we contacted Cody @ Barr Roofing. That turned out to be an excellent decision. Cody met with our insurance adjuster to make sure that he didn’t overlook anything on our claim & a few weeks later we had a brand new roof.The roofing crew was respectful of our property and did a beautiful job & thoroughly cleaned-up afterwards.I appreciate that Cody even got on the roof to inspect the final job. The fact that their management was “hands on” during the installation shows that they wouldn’t tolerate the workers trying to cut any corners.I respect the professionalism, integrity and quality of everyone that I dealt with on the job. He always goes way above and beyond to help however he can, educate them, help them feel comfortable and informed and happy with their decisions and any work done. It was so great to finally be the customer when it came time to replace our roof after the recent hailstorm. Cody is always on time, responds quickly to all communications, worked directly with our insurance company, explained the whole process to us and kept us informed, personally oversaw the crew and their work, and checked multiple times to make sure that we loved our roof and that we felt like everything was perfect. The guys took such great care of our property and took extra time to protect all of our plants and landscaping. They left our property very clean and they completed the job quickly. We also appreciated how polite and kind everyone was during the whole process. Cody even checked to make sure that he wasn’t disturbing our baby’s nap time. We can’t say enough great things about Cody and all of his guys at Barr! They are such honest and reasonable professionals.

Cody and his entire crew at Barr Roofing were fantastic to work with! I came home after work to find a leak in my office area. Water was leaking from a spot in the ceiling and pouring down the side of the wall. Cody was able to come and assess the damage the very next day and had a crew available to do the repairs later that afternoon!!
