Fatt Matt Roofing is a 5 star company in my book. Alex Warren helped me out tremendously, he knew I was a one income household and he worked it out for me, to make it affordable. He made it very easy to get the paperwork done and signed through my email in one day and that same day I got a call from them asking if they could come out the next day and get the roof done. I was amazed how fast everything was getting done . The next day the guys were at my house early getting started on it. They were hard working, knew what they were doing and got done that same day. I was very impressed and satisfied with everything. If you need your roof fixed, call Alex Warren. He will go out of his way to help you if he can. He will answer all your questions and make sure you understand everything before moving forward. He is very professional and will address any issues you might have right away.

I had a great Experience! Dakota was very helpful from day 1. My home had a plethora of Hail damage and a water leak as well. They were able to take care of this expeditiously. Anytime I had any sort of issue with the insurance company or questions he was available. He was present the whole way through; from the patching of my leak to talking with the insurance inspector. Additionally, the guys who actually did the roof knocked it out in a day and cleaned every piece of nail and debris. I would highly recommend Dakota and Fatt Matt Roofing.

Fat Matt Roofing installed a new roof for us on March 19, 2024. All of the employees we dealt with from start to finish were very knowledgable and friendly. The roofers all stayed busy, whether they were roofing or picking up trash. They had to wait on more shingles for our garage, and while they waited they continued checking for trash and nails (or staples?) and used a blower to blow off our sidewalk, pergola and carport. They went above and beyond! I would recommend Fat Matt Roofing to anyone!

I would just like to say that fatt matt roofing is awesome! They were here on time they did the trim around the shingles on the roof and the vents to match the color of the shingles they even came back a second day and magnetic rolled to make sure there were no more nails on the ground they had it done in one day and we are so proud of our roof thank you fat Matt the barr family

They replaced my roof. And they know how to get it done. They showed up early and were professional and more importantly it was less than an hour and they had all the shingles off the roof and were done before 5 pm same day. Including vents, flashing and skylights. They did a great job. The roof looks fantastic. I would say if you need your roof done these are the guys to go to.

Never received the estimate from the guy that inspected our roof When we called and asked him to send it we were told that it had already been sent but would send again. Never received. Gave up after calling again with no answer and no call back as well as texting with no response. Pretty much just blew us off. Terrible customer service and way to do business. Would never recommend this company to anyone !

We were in the process of selling our home and had what appeared to be a kick back “scam” done to us by a realtor and local roofing company. I called Fat Matt’s (Alex) and he came out and inspected my roof, provided a very detailed report and gave me the honest recommendations of what need to be done to my roof. I felt comfortable after the detailed report that was provided by him and scheduled the service! It was done for an affordable and reasonable cost and quickly! Just had my roof inspected by the inspector and passed with ease! Please be aware of the fly by night scammers and go to a trusted roofing company for your needs! He got in touch with me in less than an hour after requesting the inspection, figured out what needed to be done and consistently communicated the timeline and changes that needed to be made. I have never been in the position of having to take care of replacing an entire roof and all the paperwork that is involved. I had seen a lot of Fat Matt roofing signs in Abilene and decided I would contact the office. Alex Warren is the young man that contacted me and came out to look at my roof. He spent a lot of time checking things out and told me the entire roof needed to be replaced. I had already had several roof leaks. I knew immediately I wanted to use this company just by the way Alex handled his first visit. My insurance company sent out an adjuster and Alex also came and stayed with him while they were on the roof checking the damage. The adjuster decided that the roof needed to be totally replaced. Alex walked me through all of the paperwork from the adjuster and explained in detail what was on those papers. He has always be quick to answer any questions and has responded to me whenever I needed help with anything. The crew that did my roof was very efficient and friendly. They did a great job and the clean up was completely taken care of before they left my house. Alfonzo and Alturo were great! Not only did they assess the small roof leak we were having; they repaired it in the same visit! FREE OF CHARGE. They were compassionate and stated that while we waited for a whole roof inspection and quote that this should prevent any further water damage should we get rain. Alfonzo took time to teach me about the problem so that I could understand the repair process. They informed me that they go out into the community for roof repair quotes and that they repair what they can for free. They state it is one of the things that makes an honest business and that ensures them business not only at the present time but in the future as well. Attempted for weeks to set just a simple appointment after making an home warranty claim and I continually got a promise for someone to call and set one which never happened. Was told to call back the next day and the next day and the next day. I am so impressed with Fat Matt Roofing! We called them late this afternoon to check on a small leak we've been having. Within an hour Cody came out to take a look. He climbed right up to check it out and sealed all the trouble spots around our dormer window. He showed us pictures of his repair and told us to give him a call if we have any more trouble! I would highly recommend FAT Matt’s roofing. Alex Warren came out to inspect my roof after I noticed some water damage inside on my ceiling on the house I just bought. They did is very thorough inspection. They ran the hose water over areas..got in and out of my attic several times to make sure that they could find the cause. They informed me that the leak had been fixed by past owner..they went out of there way to do some caulking by some vents on roof that needed it. Was told my roof is going to need replacing due to hail damage.. but wasn’t an immediate repair. He was so kind..and didn’t even charge me for the repairs they did. Alex informed us that our roof had potential storm damage. After taking the time to inspect our roof and take pictures of actual hail damage he advised us to notify our insurance company and their adjuster came out to verify. Alex Warren with Fat Matt was incredible to work with on my roof. Alex was always easy to reach on the phone, weekends and nights included. He helped walk me through the process from beginning to end. The crew also did a great job on the roof. The crew noticed both wind turbines had small defects on the blades (which I didn't notice) and the following day Alex came out and replaced both of them.
