I called Thorntons after notifying my insurance company after noticing a roof leak in my bedroom. Dusty Anders and the roofing supervisor came out and covered the roof immediately where the suspected leak was. Here's where the fun begins, not with Thorntons but with the adjuster. He spent two and a half hours on the roof, to tell me the roof is good for another three years. This was unacceptable to me and Dusty, he sent in a supplemental report, USAA sent a second adjuster to basically finding a little more wrong with the roof. I'm frustrated so is Dusty he is back in the phone with USAA. Now the third adjuster comes out and does the job right. Finally got approved for a roof replacement. I started the process in October and the beginning of February the roof got replaced. They stuck with the process with their diligence to insure the problem was solved. Their workers were outstanding began at 7 in the morning and finished 7 that evening, they were nonstop. There price of the roof replacement was fair, quality of work was outstanding, most of all my thanks goes Dusty for the effort he put forward in the process.

These guys did a great job! We worked with Rick Copeland who answered all of our questions, helped us navigate the insurance lingo, and was incredibly responsive to our phone calls and MANY questions. All of his guys showed up when they said they would and worked until the sun went down. They even worked through a couple days of freezing temperatures. We were more than pleased with the quality of work done and the price at which is was done for. I have recommended Thornton roofing to several friends who have had the same experience. I would like to thank Thornton’s Roofing Company, but especially Case Wegner for blessing me and my family today on Thanksgiving. My father has had a very tough battle recently with his health, he was shot in Vietnam, where he was an radio operator, helping wounded soldiers. They are a quality service. They really looked out for me and made sure everything was perfect.We had an insurance roof claim. They walked us through everything from putting in our claim, meeting with the claims inspector, doing walk throughs after each job and even referring us someone for extra roof insulation we requested.
