When our roof had hail damage years ago getting insurance money was a nightmare. This time around CRV handled everything from start to finish. Their rep Juan Alvarez was prompt and professional, always there to answer any and all questions. Fatima was amazing, we’re truly happy with her services. She took care of everything from being with us when the adjuster came in to inspect our roof to explaining the quality of products and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. After going through 3 different companies and none of them knew how to fill out insurances form nor work with them. We come across CRV construction and Roofing. Best decision ever!! We worked with Yessika Lara. She was a pleasure to work with. She explained everything, and was with us every step of the way. She also did the insurance paperwork correctly the first time! The insurance tried to fight it but they have a lawyer that helped and we got approval for a new roof within a few weeks. Due to some severe weather my roof took on damage and water leakage inside my home. I filed a claim with my insurance on 2 separate occasions and kept getting denied. I'm glad I looked into their reviews and gave CRV a call. Yessika has been in charge of my case and honestly a huge help. As soon as she picked up the phone she explained the inspection process and set up a meeting the next day. She makes everything understandable, gives you options on how to go about repairs, and the best ways to deal with greedy insurance companies. Since moving from Austin Tx to the Rio Grand Valley I have encountered many issues with contractors. We incurred significant roof damage from the last storm. Which resulted in a few leaks in our home. I submitted a claim with my insurance and was instructed to find a roofing company to place a temporary tarp over the roof to protect our home from any further damage. In between our insurance claim being processed. I started researching roofing companies and came across CRV Construction. I read quite a few positive reviews with a number of detailed comments. Most of the comments, pertained to the insurance process and how smoothly it went for them. This is what I was looking for in a roofing company. Since we had no experience with insurance claims. Fatima was the rep that assisted us and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. She assured me that she would take care of everything from the insurance to scheduling the roof installation. She explained the process thoroughly and organized everything for us. We got a brand new roof installed within 8 hours and it looks great. I especially like how she thought of every last detail to painting the vents to match the new roof.
