Recently had new gutters installed after a roof inspection from Lane and his team at Roofing Service Company and I was very pleased with the communication, documentation and ethics around all aspects of our transaction. Lane was quick to respond and we received a very thorough gallery of photos indicating our roof DID NOT need to be replaced at this time. Separately, I had Lane and his team install new gutters and that process was efficient, professional and affordable. We recently had a leaking roof during a heavy rain and you could imagine the stress I had all night during the rain storm. The next morning I asked my neighbor who worked in the roofing industry about what I should do and recommended Lane Merz "Roofing Service Company" to come out and take a look. I called Lane and he said he would be out the first thing in the morning (Monday). He showed up early, diagnosed the problem and came out the following day with his equipment to repair the roof just before the next rain showed up. I don't know about roofs but when you have a leak and it doesn't get fixed in a timely manner your gonna have more problems down the line. Lane Merzs' roofing Service was top notch. Very Professional and great attitude and a fair price. I am so glad to have had Lane Merz's Roofing service fix my roof leak. I would definitely recommend Lane Merz to fix your roof. Extremely pleased with the conscientiousness, detail, ethics, and kindness of Lane Metz and Roofing Service Co. He inspected our roof, provided pictures, and recommendations. Lane was on the job with his staff every day it took to repair and replace the flat area of the roof. His team cleaned the area upon completion and Lane provided pictures of the completed work. Lane even called after first hard rain in June to check on the ceiling. Even though two minor leaks were found during the record breaking rain of Aug 21-22, Lane came immediately to inspect and repair. Highly recommend.
