I have worked with Chris Stapp several times and each time Chris and Andrus Bro's has gone the extra mile. They have put on two roofs for me and have dealt with a difficult insurance situation and each time all I had to do was enjoy a great looking roof. I also used them for some gutter installation and they were reasonably priced and put up in record time. I can't recommend Andrus Bro's enough! Chris with Andrus Brothers was great! We wanted him to give our home a green light on the roof during our home purchase process, and he did a complementary inspection for us. The previous home owner had the roof repairs done by their builder, as the house was still under warranty. I just didn’t trust that so Chris followed up on all of it and made sure things were done right! He was a great communicator and very timely. Absolutely incredible people to work with. Chris puts his heart and soul into every job, from start to finish. As long as I am in Amarillo Texas or the surrounding area I will never use another company.His crew Is a "well oil machine" They cleaned up so well and worked 13 hours in 102° weather. Stopped and answered every question I had and some I didn't have. If I could give more stars I would... Thank you

Beware of property damage!My neighbor was having a roof installed. When the shingles were being delivered they ran their large flatbed crane truck through the corner of my front yard. Not only did they put dually ruts through my lawn but caused damage to my sprinkler system. Fortunately, I was home and saw it happen and was able to get information on who to contact to fix the damage. I called basically every other day for two weeks trying to get someone out to fix my sprinklers. When the sprinkler contractor finally showed up they dug around a little but didn’t fix a thing.I finally broke down and spent part of my weekend fixing the damage they caused. Their reviews show them to be a decent roofing company but I question their integrity.

Our home in Amarillo suffered roof damage in the wind storm back on March 13, 2019. I contacted Andrus Brothers roofing a couple of days later. Joe Banks went out and inspected the damage and quickly provided an estimate. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Joe Banks and Andrus Brother Roofing are outstanding! Just to add to this review - we had hail damage in late April and once again, Mr. Joe Banks and Andrus Brothers did an outstanding job for us!

I found ABR to be professional and am extremely pleased with the company and their customer support.I called Chris Stapp at ABR and he inspected our roof. He told me to let him know when the appraiser was scheduled and he would meet him. He and the appraiser spent a few hours inspecting the roof and coordinating with my insurance adjuster. From that point on Chris coordinated everything with my insurance company. He assured us ABR’s crew would do a great job and they did.ABR is a great company. We are very pleased with our roof and found the project to be hassle free.

My cousin actually recommended that I get ahold of Chris Stapp with Andrus. I did as I got tired of hearing, "oh you just want repairs, not a whole new roof? We're not interested". What a great experience. Chris was polite and professional and showed up at my house as he promised to check on a leak.The young man got into my attic, then on the roof and found where my leak was coming from. He told me exactly what was causing the leak and he fixed it and sealed a couple of other potential problem spots while he was up there.Because of the actions of Chris Stapp, I WILL contact ABR for my new roof when the time comes. I can't say enough positive about ABR and Chris.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a house in Jun 2016 that Andrus Brothers had installed the roof on. The roof was/is under warranty, and appears to be a very good quality roof. However, as a result of a big storm we had in early November 2016, the roof leaked, flooding a linen closet, staining timbers in the living room, ruining books on shelves, etc. When I called and left a message, my call was never returned. It took 2-3 calls before I ever actually got to speak with someone. They promised to call back to set up a warranty visit, and never did. My husband and father have re-sealed (caulked) and applied wet patch 3 times, which each only fixed the leaks for a short while. We did this out of frustration after my husband called another 2-3 times, finally speaking with the Owner's son who postponed coming to do the inspection (allegedly to initiate the warranty repair) 2-3 more times. Guess what?!? They never showed up and quit returning calls. MAJOR storms in September 2017, and I am trying to contact them again. Be warned, customer service and standing behind their installation warranty does NOT appear to be a priority for this company! If I could give 0 stars on this company, I would.

Andrus Brothers put a new roof on a home that we purchased last August. Our two story home developed a leak Sunday night under the balcony that is leaking into the living room. We contacted Andrus Brothers yesterday morning, and again today and still no one has returned our call. The technician I spoke with said my call was given to someone that would contact us to schedule a service call, still haven't received that call. We have had more rain the past two weeks than we've had the past two months. It's predicted to rain again tonight as well. Hopefully they care about other people with a leak in their home, for us this is not the case.
