Morgan and Myers did an excellent job on our new roof. We had a lot of damage from hail and we ended up changing to two different roofing materials with our roof being layered and having several eaves. Tyler Lang and his crew were so patient with us and helped us select a roof that was going to give us the look we wanted. Our roof was not easy to install but they did an amazing job!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof. They are top notch and very dependable.

We had our roof replaced in 2019 after an epic hail storm in April along with several neighbors. Those of us who chose to use Morgan and Myers Roofing were extremely satisfied. Tyler is the salesman we went with. He was professional and proficient. His crew members were fast, hard working gentlemen. They left our house with no trash/debris, and the new roof looked wonderful. It was exactly what we wanted. Others on our block who chose to use a different companies, however, had several issues and disappointment including piles of trash left behind on property and little to no communication with salesman during and after completion of the project. When choosing a company to do work on your home, give it to the guys who do GREAT WORK like those at Morgan and Myers Roofing. You will be happy you did!

We had a very bad run of weather in the Texas panhandle in 2023; we had a very bad hail storm in May and then a tornado in town in June. After an initial consultation to assess the damage, our guy Steffan Dandridge made it easy to choose our new roof, gutters and windows! He was so accommodating to our work schedules when we needed to meet up to discuss the next steps. He was great to deal with. He was honest, polite and very friendly. Tyler and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Tyler handled working with my insurance to get us the most coverage and he did a great job in communicating what the process and timelines were. The team that installed the roof were very professional, fast, and made sure my yard was clean of any nailes or other materials. While I don’t want to replace a roof again, if I had to do it again I would quickly pick Tyler and Morgan & Myers

Matthew Gomez was our project manager. He was extremely easy to work with and was flexible enough to meet with us at our convenience. He communicated very well and kept us updated via text/phone calls. He was able to show pictures and samples of what our roof could look like since we were having trouble deciding on the color. His help and guidance were extremely valuable. By far the best experience I've had replacing a roof.We also had gutters added. He assisted in helping pick the color and made sure it was carried out to our specific requests (not attaching to decorative porch posts). I have recommended to family, friends, and coworkers. Matthew was very professional and respectful.

Did business with this company while they still had an office in Lubbock. Since then, I have had a new leak in my roof that they refuse to repair. First, it was the solar panels, now it's the flashing, a problem THEY created when they damaged my metal siding. Not only that, but they made sure to remind me every time I needed them to look at it, that I was incoveniencing them because they are no longer in Lubbock. I bet when it's hail season again, they'll be local again. Please avoid this company at all costs. I thought I was doing business with a reputable company and not a fly by night.

We had a representative from this company named Aaron I could not have been more pleased with this pleasant man, very professional and polite. He took time to explain everything to us from insurance to what roof we needed. I wasn’t sure about the black shingles so he sent me different colors that he was able to get in. We ended up with the black roof and I love it. He wanted to do his best to get us what we wanted . You don’t see guys like this much anymore. They did a great job here and he kept in touch with us to make sure everything was OK and up to par with what we wanted. They also put gutters on the house that look great, I couldn’t believe the difference it made and how much better our home looks now. We are getting a quote on windows as well . We have a somewhat difficult roof with multiple skylights on a flat surface. The team at Morgan & Myers not only made the process of getting a new roof painless, they also came out multiple times when issues came up with older skylights across the next year or so and fixed problems.
