Hired Roof Smith to do a good sized commercial TPO re-roof (hail damage) in Tucumcari, NM on a building we own. I am not local so needed to find a trusted contractor. Roof Smith was professional in every aspect of the job. Dealing with insurance and the bank turned out to be a nightmare since it was a large claim. They even waited VERY patiently to get paid on the job. Will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Roof Smith handled all the headaches with my insurance company filing supplements.. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done..They painted the roof vents and pipes.. Just a little extra step that looks really nice.. I would definitely recommend them!

I just got a new roof put on and I used Roof Smith I worked with Bob Snyder, you can't miss him he's about 8 feet tall and looks like Paul Bunyan, let me tell you something….. the group of fellas that put my roof on were FAST, I didn't know if they were trying to make some event but they were moving like ants, I saw one guy carrying twice his weight in lumber, it wasn't even barely a day before I had a new roof, and I couldn't even tell they had been there, it was like a tornado blew through my yard and dropped a brand new roof on my house while cleaning everything up on the side, my yard was cleaner when they left then when they got there. I would rather be tortured by angry Russians than use another roofer.

Roof Smith came to my rescue after we had a bad storm. I called Taylor and Bob and they were out the next day to make sure I was not going to have any leaks until we were able to get my roof replaced. They helped with the adjuster and insurance company and made the process smooth and stress free. The whole crew that replaced my roof were hard workers, respectful and cleaned up my whole yard. We are very pleased with our new roof! They improved our attic air and temp by adding solar exhaust fans. Just knowing our fireplace has no leaks brings peace of mind for upcoming rains, and a smart way to stay healthy is to prevent mold. 🙌🏼🏠They were very fast, efficient and kind.A complete tear off and new roof in only two days was impressive. We like the way the ridge vents look too. The Shingles are good quality and a beautiful, updated color. The extra trim piece under the shingle edge makes it look sleek, sharp and fresh. Roof Smith replaced my roof a few months ago. They did an excellent job. Taylor worked with my insurance company which helped me a lot.He even rode around showing me different shingle types and colors soI could make the best decision on what I wanted on my house. Completed the roof in less than 2 days and did an excellent job on cleanup. I will definitely use them again.

Jake was great to work with! The minute he got there, he went straight to work, no time wasted. He flushed out the rain gutter free of charge since they were clogged. I would recommend Roof Smith to anybody look for a quality job for a low price. They work with you fairly on pricing, and their crew is the best I've ever seen, even working as a roofer myself for years. They are clean, respectful, clean up any trash, and are fast and accurate. I wouldn't have anybody else roof my property again, especially after I found out how lousy the last roofers were. I won't mention names, but they did a terrible job and caused a lot of problems for the guys from Roof Smith but the didn't complain and fixed the issues without compromise. The office staff is just as good and helpful and if there's any problems they will immediately address them. I wouldn't recommend anybody else in the panhandle of Texas before Roof Smith, they are amazing. Thank you guys!
