Rachel at Nailed it Roofing and Construction saved my butt today, we did a HVAC System Repair on a TPO roof in Dallas and while I was brazing some of the soldering dripped off and melted a small hole in the roof, sent a picture to Rachel and she was quick to come out and make a repair!!!! Thank You Team Nailed It!!!

Nailed It did just as their name suggests, they nailed it. We screened in our back porch and poured an additional concrete slab. The job got done in a timely manner, with great communication throughout the entire experience. We had an issue with the paint that was purchased, it was mixed wrong at the store, and they repainted everything that had already been painted making sure that we were 100% pleased. We can now sit on our back porch and eat dinner in peace without getting attacked by bugs. Couldn’t be happier with that job that was done. I called this morning looking for a roof inspection because a big branch may have hit it when it fell in this weekends storm. A very nice woman made an appointment for this afternoon and they showed up when they said they would! A very nice man named Damon and a very nice woman named Rachel came and went right up on the roof. They swept away some debri and confirmed the roof was okay. I am very impressed since I had so many roofing companies who never answered their phones or called back. When I need a new roof I am going to hire Nailed It Roofing! And next time someone asks me for a referral I know who to tell them.

Rachel with Nailed It has truly been such an angel. To say the least the roof replacement process hasn’t been the easiest for me. But the day that Rachel came out to look over everything changed my outlook on this entire process. She was straight forward and to the point, she knew exactly where my leak was coming from and what her crew needed to do to fix it. She was completely thorough in what was going to happen the day of and how long it was going to take. Even after the crew was done with replacing everything she came out to look over everything. Had a great customer experience with Nailed It! Requested visit to inspect a small leak in the roof. Damon came the scheduled date and time, and did the inspection. I was not able to discuss with him after the visit due to a meeting conflict. Was contacted by Nailed it a few days later to discuss, and to my amazement Nailed said they did a small repair, and they will not charge me. I admire their professionalism and honesty, since this was a quick fix. I highly recommended them.

Rachel is incredible. She was so efficient in generating an estimate, getting us samples, and helping us with financing applications. She answered dozens of my questions, talked to the financing company for over 40 minutes to help us get the best rate for our budget, and genuinely cared about the outcome. Damon worked on my roof today for a leak and was very easy to talked to and explained things to my understanding .He showed me pictures of what was going on with my roof and of course it will need replacing so I plan on getting my roof replaced with them very soon!
