I had an aging roof and my homeowners insurance annual premium reflected it. After having several quotes from other reputable companies I chose Quality Tops Roofing. The reason was several factors, Bruce was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and made it so understandable. I wasn’t given the full court press sales pitch. Everything was clear and the price was very fair. Tim and his crew installed the roof in one day while I was at work, when I came home, I wouldn’t have known they were there but for the new roof. The roof I chose is the 30 year high impact hail and wind resistance class 4 which will nearly cut my annual insurance premiums in half. Thank you Bruce, Tim and the crew at Quality Tops Roofing.

The owner Bruce and his guys are very responsive and very good. Have called on them three times over the years, most recently in August to replace an aging and insanely noisy roof turbine. The job, which involved locating a matching turbine and then installing, was completed literally the next day. Highly recommend!

Quality Tops won my business in several ways: price, approach, terms, and materials. They were not afraid to compete vs several other vendors on Good Contractors. They came in with a better proposal all the way round, incl my concerns about venting, and worked with me as to delays caused by the mortgage servicer. Roof is beautiful match to the house and is using hail resistant tiles.

Three years ago, I had them replace my roof. I found them via The Good Contractors List. Their estimate was reasonable, so I hired them. Before they replaced the roof, they did a beautiful job of repairing the facia boards. They did a very good job of installing my new roof. Last month, a storm caused a large tree branch to crunch into one of my gables. It also put a hole in my roof. They did a temporary repair to prevent any further damage. They procured shingles that match the other shingles, they rebuilt the frame under the smashed gable, replaced the gable facia, repainted it, and installed new roof boards and shingles. You can't tell that anything ever happened to that gable. It looks great. I am a very happy customer. Mark Comstock, Arlington

I wanted to write this review because of the EXCELLENT service and response I received from Quality Tops Roofing. I worked with Bruce who was their field Representative Supervisor. He was an Fantastic easy going gentlemen who, after explaining my predicament to him, was able to provide a concise solution and was able to explain it to both my wife and i making a complex situation an easy remedy to repair. As I explained to him we had another contractor do work that was unsatisfactory resulting in every time we go a little rain our enclosed patio leaks like crazy. Bruse and his team of professional installers, was able to remove the existing roof, replace the damaged wood and install the new roof all within the same day. they were clean and effecient and after they were done you could not even tell they were there ....(well with the exception of a newly installed non leaking roof :) they cleaned up so well. The wife and I had to leave town and bruce was kind enough to come back by a couple of days later and inspect the roof to assure it was up to the quality that they hold high in their business. Since the new roof installation we are able to once again enjoy our patio leak free. they provide a 1 year warranty on the work and with all the rain we have had in the last 3 weeks, I have not seen one drop of water INSIDE the screened in patio. Well done Quality Tops Roofing! Fast service, quality work and professional interaction with everyone involved! I would recommend them to ANYONE who has any type of roofing need. I have been doing business with Quality Tops for a long time. I think I've had them replace my roof twice, but I could be mistaken about that. They do good work, but you can say that about many firms. The real reason I still stick with them is this: I can trust them. It seems that almost every roofer will advise you that your roof needs to be replaced if a hailstone has hit it; oddly enough, the insurance adjusters most of the time don't push back. But Quality Tops will shoot straight, and tell you if all you need is an inexpensive repair job, or even nothing at all. They would certainly be happy to replace your roof, but they're honest enough to shoot straight and not default to the "we had a storm, you must need a new roof" position. I really can't say enough good things about that.

We needed to get our roof replaced within a 2 week timeframe so I called Quality Tops Roofing and Bruce came out and gave us an estimate. He told me they could do it within 2 weeks even though they were very busy and sure enough our roof was done within 10 days. Awesome company to work with. They are fast, honest, reliable and their price was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the new roof. I will recommend them to friends and use them again for our roofing needs.

After doing a good amount of research, my next-door neighbor had Quality Tops replace his roof and was very satisfied. They did a fine job on my replacement roof too. I did have to reschedule several times due to some health issues, and they were quite accommodating. Luckily it was finished just before the record February rainstorms and I'm happy to report my new roof passed that test. I can certainly recommend Quality Tops without reservation.

As a homeowner, roof repairs can seem overwhelming, so we are tremendously grateful to work with Quality Tops Roofing on any and all roof related needs. The company was referred by a work colleague when we first bought our home five years ago, and we have used Quality Tops Roofing (and no other roofing company) since then. They have performed minor shingle repairs and re-caulking around attic vents every year (Texas sun and storms is brutal on roofs!), as well as installation of new wind turbines to improve attic ventilation.
