While the work to reroof from hail damage has not yet begun I was impressed with Aimal Ata and his presentation. I turned away the hordes of roofers who descended on the neighborhood but Aimal was different - not pushy, not a fly-by-night but very professional. I did stump him with one question - how many nails per shingle? He immediately was on the phone (speaker) with the company quality manager had me an answer.i have already been contacted by Andrea who is a very experienced project manager. If it starts off this good I am confident the job itself will be first class too.

I had previously used BB for a roof replacement with exquisite results and turned back to Mathew for recommendations for a crew to do interior finish work. He put me in touch with Keith who directed a crew to install wainscoting in my dining room. They showed up on time, exhibited great attention to detail and left the job site clean every day. The finished product is truly lovely. I highly recommend them.

From the first meeting... my experience with Austin was amazing...he inspected my roof damage and made recommendations...he explained in detailed what should be done and why...he was very personable and informative ...I chose Bearded Brothers over three other 4 to 5 star companies because of their professionalism.....Then it was time to get things started...I met Jeff by phone...we had a rough time getting things rolling because good ole Mother Nature was against us.....A lot of Rain and then the 2021 Deep Freeze...then more rain...we stayed in contact for a while...he was friendly and caring and was very concerned on getting my roof done promptly...I just took it one day at a time and kept joking with him...after all...Mother Nature had her own ideas..March 2, 2021 a crew pulled in drive way to do my roof....their crew is AMAZING...Chris was in charge of the crew and was very nice and friendly...he even took pictures of the steps for me with my phone...the crew worked like well oiled machines...making sure every detail was met with skill and perfection...they moved quickly and effectively....after the job was complete...their team did a complete clean up as if they had never been here...This Company is AMAZING to work with...from start to finish...my roof is gorgeous to every little detail...if you want a company who works as a team and has your complete interest in mind...Bearded Brothers is the Company to hire for the job...Thank You... I called Bearded Brothers for a roof inspection and have had nothing less than exceptional service. Aimal (Joseph), Andrea, and Charles have all been very helpful and responsive while walking me through the process. My insurance company has been less than steller, but Aimal took the stress of dealing with them off of me. Andrea, the project manager, has answered all of my questions and helped get my chimney tarped as soon as requested while we wait on a response from the insurance company. This company replaced my entire roof and gutters due to hail damage. They assisted in this effort with the original roof inspection, submitting the complete repair/replacement estimate to my insurance carrier and performed the various tasks professionally and with quality materials. Andrea assisted me thru the initial steps in the estimating process and James was the production manager who scheduled and managed the execution of all the various repair/replacement tasks. I really wanted to see how a drone taking pictures could evaluate my roof. When Colton came out for our appointment, he showed me their website and quickly got into the details from their drone footage. He showed me the damage that was recorded and then climbed up onto the roof to take a professional look. He honestly told me that there was some damage, but probably not enough to do a claim right now. I appreciate his honesty and the no pressure sales tactics. And now, I have historical roof photos in the cloud that I can access for future use.
