We had two storms roll in and cause tons of damage to our roof, windows, garage doors, fence, gutters and my shop out back. Gabe did the inspection and helped us file our claim. He not only got my insurance to cover all the damage, he did all the work from start to finish! My house looks better than it did before the storm!!!! Our roof was leaking after the last storm. We called Vigilant roofing to check it out. Brett and Gabriel were out same day and did an inspection. They found storm damage to the roof and helped me file my claim with my insurance. They showed up for the insurance inspection and made sure all the damage they found on my gutters, skylight, siding and interior leaks was covered under same claim. They worked with my insurance company from start to finish. I really liked that they did all the work and I only had to use one contractor for everything. When a storm came thru the area, Brett was inspecting our neighbor's roof. Mom asked him to inspect ours. He did and put a temporary fix on it. Within a few days, we called and made an appointment. Brett told us what he saw with photos, too. He helped me with setting up a claim through my insurance provider. When we were having trouble with the solar company, he stepped in and got it done. I recently had a roof leak and Brett at Vigilant Roofing was recommended by a friend. I called Brett and he and his team came out immediately and tarped my roof at no charge so that I didn’t have to worry about further leaks. He then within just a few days ordered the material , matched my own roofing to the new roof and when recent rains came again, there were no more leaks. I know that this patch is “short-term” and that I will need to look at replacing my roof after the Holidays. This company is very honest, Professional and I will definitely use them in the future. They Inspected 4 of my properties after a hail storm. All 4 properties did not have enough damage for a claim That's Customer service!!!
