This is the first time I am with Cool Roof.But I am totally happy with the works of the teams. Special Daniel and Cody who are very helpful with experiences. Always prompt answers if I need the explanations. Daniel he so friendly and helpful even he was working in Brazil at that time . Also the teams of workers at my house who came very early about 6:00am and completed installation around 3;00pm. They prepare or clean very careful. I have to give the Teams 5stars……

We had a great experience with Cool Roofs from start to finish. Hudson was informative, professional, and supportive all along the way, making it very easy to work with our insurance company to get a new roof installed quickly.Any question we had was answered promptly and any issue was resolved quickly and with courtesy. As an example, we found a number of roofing nails found around our home. Our project manager, Eddie (also fantastic), came back to our home to sweep the property multiple times for nails. Both Eddie and Hudson clearly wanted to go above and beyond and consistently did, which I find to be more and more exceptional these days.We were so pleased with the work, we had them take on our rental home for a second project. I know there are plenty of roofers out there There are few, however, that ONLY do this work and do it with this level of integrity and excellence, which is why I would highly recommend Cool Roofs for any roofing project.

Kevin P and his team at Cool Roofs are nothing short of professional!From start to finish, they handle the mess (installing, cleaning the actual mess, pulling permits, etc.,) and keep you informed/updated through the entire process. They have been compassionate, prompt, and willing to work through my concerns - including cost, where I feel I'm still getting a great deal. The roof was torn off, and replaced in the span of one day.I'd recommend them to anyone in the Greater Austin area looking for a clean new roof - and solar, if you're cool enough.

The workers at Cool Roofs made the process of getting a new roof super simple, they all showed up right on time and got it done way quicker then I had expected! The project manager Robert went above and beyond to address all of my concerns and estimate questions. He even had to run and get a few extra shingles 10 minutes before closing and made it back in time to finish and have the team do a full clean up our property. A+ Robert!

Great experience after hail damage on my roof, gutters, and garage door. Hudson came out and had a report ready the same day as the inspection. He was there when the insurance adjuster came, and helped walk me through the insurance process, and was always quick to answer any texts or calls. They were always on time or a little early, and did great work. Would definitely recommend.
