I’ve tried to do business with J-Conn twice. The first time I called and set up an appointment which was confirmed and they were a no-show. That was for a roof replacement quote. When I called them they said they just got too busy and had other jobs come in and wouldn’t be able to help me. What?? The second time I called I just wanted to take advantage of the roof inspection they promise on KLBJ I was told it would be a long wait as they were again busy. I told them no hurry just when they can make it. Never heard back. I am sure if you can get them to work for you they probably do a good job. Good luck getting them respond. I will never try them again.

JConn did two roofs in the last three years due to hail damage. Both times their response was friendly and professional. Both times, the roofs were completed in one day including clean up.

J-Conn has roofed our home twice over the time we have owned it and did an excellent job both times. They were always courteous, friendly, efficient, and very honest. We have never felt pressured. Their crew appeared to have been with them for many years which is comforting from a safety standpoint.They have responded quickly any time we had a problem . We recommended them to our church which has used J-Conn for several roofing jobs over the years.I highly recommend them. They are so easy to work with and such nice people.

They came out and did an assessment for repairs related to tree damage during the ice storm we had earlier this year. Itemized a repair, came out a week later and performed the repair. The price was exactly what the estimate was quoted. A good reputable company.

J-Conn replaced my roof yesterday from removing and replacing all in the same day. WOW they were great! They came on time and very conscious of the quality and workmanship. Jason stopped by at the end of the day to see if everything was to my approval. If they had more stars I would definitely give them to this company. I had three estimates and John was the only one to take time to explain types of product and the different warranties. Thumbs up to J-Conn and all the crew you have made it to my Christmas card list!

I have used J-Conn Roofing for years and every time they have done great work with accommodating personnel. I had a patio added to my home and patio roof kept leaking. Called J-Conn and they fixed roof and never had another leak. This time they removed old roof on my house and put on new one and roofers did a great job. They are nice people to work with. J-Conn Roofing & Repair Service is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with for any home repair service. They installed a new roof for us in 2015 and did an excellent job. Gave us an up-front estimate on their services and finished the job according to their promise. Very professional and friendly staff. I called on Saturday because of some loose shingles after storms, over 4 years after the installation. Kristina, in the office, called me back right away and set up an inspector to come out on Monday to check out the problem. I believe the inspector's name was Pat Davis. He came out on Monday as promised and repaired all the loose shingles, at no cost!!! I am so impressed with the workmanship and service provided by this company. Recommend them highly for anyone needing a roofing company for new construction or replacement roof. They are a shining star in my new year!!

Prompt, professional, and pleasant to work with. Well-established business that treats its customers more than a revenue stream. They repaired the roof on our prior house back in the early 90s and the experience was so pleasant we thought of no other roofer when a hail storm came through in April. We were the 2nd house on our street to get the roof replaced and there are still houses being worked on now, some 3 months later. The work is quality work and they were willing to work with us on paying our relatively substantial deductible. They will be our roofers for as long as we live in this area. Always remember hearing the radio ads by Cactus Prior (now his son Don) for J-Conn, so they were the first & last roofing company I called for an inspection for possible storm damage. Highly recommended! I loved my experience with JConn roofing, I found them professional, very informed, friendly, detailed and not pushy. Plus, they are LOCAL AND FAMILY OWNED, something rare in Austin these days. I had heard their radio spots about complimentary roof inspections, and that they would give a detailed report with no obligation! I needed an inspection on my 10 year old roof as I suspected small damages and worn out bits had occurred over the years, and this offer was something I could not pass up.JConn inspected my roof and and found minor issues like a number of missing shingles, damaged vent pipes and and flashing, and damage from a tree limb too close to the roof, and wrote up a very detailed report and estimate for repairs should I move forward. I thought the estimate was very reasonable and I did enlist JConn to do all the repairs. Fixing these small things gave me great peace of mind that my roof would be good to go for a while!I will have them out to inspect again likely at the end of this year to assess for any more damage, and at the point when I DO need a new roof, JConn will be my go to company! In Addition, I love that they have 3 PAYMENT PLANS to choose from to fit any budget. I paid my bill in 3 months with no interest, it was so very easy.Go JConn Roofing!

I am posting this follow up to my earlier review below. This company deserves the Malcomb Baldridge award for excellence. I had them come out to check my roof after some serious tree trimming. They found some minor damage done by the crew that worked on my trees. What did J Conn do? They fixed the problem at no cost to me because they were in the area and it was such a small job. As long as I have a roof over my head, J Conn will be my roofer.Brian was on time, polite , professional and informative. The work was performed in accordance with the original estimate. Your office personnel executed the paper work in an efficient, accurate and responsive manner. I have heard Pryor family members advertise for you over many years on KLBJ. I am happy to say that all the accolades they have given you are exactly what I have now experienced for myself. Well done.

They fixed my roof about as fast as it took the storm to knock the shingles off. They made the job happen sooner than originally thought, they showed up on time, they got the job done quick and left my yard clean. They did all this while my house was on the market. It looks good, and i appreciate them all. I will call them when i have any issue with my roof from here on out.
