We were very cautious going into this project. We had already had the “hard sell” pressure tactic experience. Drew at JaMar came and did all his measurements and met with us without the high pressure and fully explained what they could provide and what to expect. The project went as discussed and we didn’t have any surprises or “change orders”. The project was completed in a timely manner and the final cleanup was thorough. I would recommend JaMar to anyone needing roof replacement or repair.

While their workmanship may be commendable, their customer service and professionalism is not. They will not respect your home or your time. They did not keep our condo complex with 32 residents clean or safe throughout the project. They end their workdays at 9 pm (for a total of almost 14 hours of banging on your roof) and leave nails in your parking lots. Their foreman, Johnny, is completely disrespectful and will ruin a relationship over a 5-minute clean-up request.(photos of the nails and trash we had to clean up ourselves)

We had an amazing experience with Ja-Mar roofing. They worked directly with the insurance company to get everything repaired that was damaged in the hail storm. They were extremely communicative and timely as well. Our roof looks great and they even made an extra trip out to make sure our outdoor lighting was rehung correctly. I would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous experience working with Ralph from Ja-Mar! Communication before the install was very easy and low-pressure. Their support staff were very professional and got us scheduled quickly, despite it being a busy season. Their team installed a new roof and seamless 6” gutters and we could not be happier with the results. Everyone from JaMar that we had contact with was friendly and professional. They completed the job within a reasonable time period and the roof looks very good. They were even willing to hire a plumber to come out and investigate a plumbing problem we thought might have something to do with their work. It turned out to be completely unrelated but we appreciated their willingness to have it checked out.The only downside we encountered with this company was their form contract, which had so many limitations it gave us the impression they did not really intend to stand behind their work. They were willing to make a few changes at our request, but this was difficult and time consuming. Other than this issue we were happy with them and their work.

From day one to the completion of the job and working with Drew was a great experience. My wife and I interviewed 6 companies and they were good but there was something about Drew that we decided on Ja-Mar roofing. Everything Drew told us from beginning to end came off flawlessly and very smooth. Kevin and Albert Pruitt are a great team! From roof inspection through the entire process they were on it every minute!! They were patient and explained every step of the process to the smallest detail and were constantly available for consultation and explanation. Kevin and Albert worked through our insurance company to insure that every bit of the required roof replacement was included, and that we received every benefit to which we were entitled. They coordinated all of the activities so that materials were available before the work began. The work crew arrived early in the morning and before beginning insured that we had our vehicles available for use in the day. The work was done efficiently and completed on our house in one day. The roof on our shed was completed immediately thereafter. The finished product is superior to that of our neighbors, with features that insure the longevity of our roof. We could not be happier nor more grateful for the communication, coordination, timing, and attitudes of all involved, but especially the efforts that Kevin and Albert made to insure our satisfaction every step of the way. Kevin and Albert are a great team and reflect greatly on the merits of Ja-Mar Roofing.

WOW! I'm completely satisfied with the new roof JaMar put on my home this week! Kevin and Albert Pruitt worked with me , answering all my questions. The crew was GREAT, protecting bushes, etc. going 3 times over the yard w/ magnets to catch nails. Kevin and Albert came back to check my gas water heater hitch and discovered the attachment was loose, easily fixing it. I would recommend JaMar to anyone who needs a new roof. Proud to say what a beautiful new roof we have now! After many quotes, and talking to many companies, Drew from Ja-Mar was clearly the most knowledgeable, and cared the most about doing good work and working with a trusted and reliable crew to do the best job possible. When my insurance company told me my roof had “expired” and had to be replaced or my coverage would be cancelled, I had to get up to speed fast on roofing! I asked friends & neighbors for recommendations from their experiences & reached out to 3 companies for quotes, JaMar being one. Within minutes of completing a quote request online with JaMar, Ken Kelly reached out to me & made plans to come out that very morning. Ken brought his ladder & personally examined my roof. He is very knowledgeable about the roofing business & was able to answer any question I had as well as educate me about the process. Roof replacement is expensive & wasn’t in my budget so I wanted to hear the other two companies’ quotes before making a final decision. The experience with the other companies was very different! One didn’t even come out to see my roof & relied totally on Google maps to give me a bid. The other came out but didn’t inspect the roof & never followed up at all after the initial meeting. My ultimate decision to go with JaMar was due primarily to the great customer service I got from Ken Kelly. After deciding to go with them, Ken had my roof replacement scheduled within a week & promptly advised me when weather caused a slight delay. The crew who came out did a great job with the roof & cleaning up everything after the process & had it all finished in one day by about 4:00. Ken is a hard working man & even came out on Sunday to see the new roof & make sure I was happy with it. We decided to work with Ja-Mar after consulting with about 4-5 different roofers. We have an older home in NW Hills and were going with a metal roof. Drew was on time, very helpful and informative during his initial visit and ultimately gave us one of the more competitive bids. Although it wasn't the outright cheapest, we felt that the price and quality ratio was perfect with Drew's bid. He helped us coordinate everything from repainting to gutters to roof and it was pretty seamless. On the installation days, the crews took care of our property, cleaned everything up perfectly and finished ahead of schedule. We love our new roof and would recommend working with Drew/Ja-Mar!

Previously a few years back we tried to make a claim on our roof due to wind and hail damage and the insurance company denied it. With subsequent damage from storms we were compelled to make another claim. This time we used Ja-mar. Kenedee Hall worked miracles with her expertise, and experience. So, this time we had no problem getting our claim approved. They did their homework! We picked out a wonderful quality roofing product and their team did the rest. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and results. Pick Ja-mar and they will put you at ease, and give you the results you were hoping and praying for.

90 % of roof was done well. I had to have chimney removed, at my expense, due to a horrible flashing job, and damage to the Hardy Plank chimney.Two roof hips had panels that were cut very short and barely covered by the 14” ridge cap. It makes me crazy everyday I look at that .I observed excellent work being done, but I couldn’t be there all the time.Steve was very receptive to my complaints, but he has many balls in the air.I told Bill Robinson that I was a pilot and attention to detail was my thing…guess he didn’t take me seriously.
