Due to the "Oakpocalypse" and hail in 2023, I had my roof damage assessed and replaced from the help of the crew at JWC. Jack, Audrey, and everyone else at JWC, have been a pleasure to work with. Like many of you, I was skeptical at first, especially from a cold door knock. I was most pleased with their ownership and support for all the engagements and processes with my insurance provider. The team was on my corner, with me, throughout the process, arguably went out of their way to explain every detail; from expectations with insurance provider, to choosing the shingle color, dealing with HOA if applicable, scheduling the time for the install, and checking in after the install. We did have minor hiccups from delivering the correctly colored shingle that led to minor scheduling delays, as well as the lack of the exact skylight in their inventory, but, the team on the ground have been clearly communicating the challenges and provided options to move things forward. The team really made the entire process transparent, easy, and painless. I'm super happy Jack knocked on my door. It's easy to recommend this team, and I will use them again should the need arise.
