After the recent winter storm I was concerned that my roof took some damage from the heavy snowfall we sustained for a week so I decided to call Keith Barker to inspect my roof.  Keith sent a crew out once things cleared up and did a full roof walk inspection of my home.  Other than minor caulking touch ups to the roof jack penetrations my roof passed with flying colors.  I had no damage to the shingles nor leaks once the heavy snow melted away.  Keith Barker also did the original roof install to my home which is why I know 100% that my roof held up so well as it did.  I have worked with many different roofing companies in the past as a construction manager and none come close to the workmanship and professionalism as Keith Barker Roofing.  If you want piece of mind and a great quality roof go with Keith Barker; because none other come close.  Thank you again sir!Alejandro GutierrezEmpire CommunitiesServices: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair

Keith Barker Roofing stands behind their work. Ten years ago Keith Barker Roofing put a new roof on our house following hail damage. The roof has held up extremely well. Recently I had a concern about the roof following hail/rain storms and called Keith Barker Roofing. Even though they did the work ten years ago, they came out and thoroughly inspected the roof. We have a relatively new home and we contacted Keith Barker Roofing to come out for warranty purposes. They arranged to come out within the week and took care of the issues right there. The tech who came out was very nice and helpful. We also have young children and he asked to make sure they weren't asleep and he was ok to make noise which we appreciated.

We had a major issue with two 20' exterior columns holding up a large section of our roof. The stucco was failing and we needed to find a company to repair this quickly. Barker came out and we agreed to have them perform the work. The final repair work is truly amazing and the entire crew were exceptional in all regards. We cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely use them for any stucco or roof repair in the future. Great work Barker- you replaced the columns and they look better than the originals.

We had some problem with our roof that Barker roof installed in 2005 (13 years ago! Time flies!). Things happen. After some back-and-forth, Barker explained that this was technically an out-of-warranty issue. Nevertheless, they took care of it and repaired the roof. That is great service. They were great in 2005 when the roof was installed and provided great service-after-sale even after this many years.Next hail storm, we will definitely call on Barker roofing again.

We had our roof installed (is that what you would call it? Anyway...) 3 years ago and when we were preparing the house to sell, the inspection came back with a few small dings regarding our roof. Crystal (operations person) was great and very helpful and took care of me. Tim came out the next day and inspected the roof and had a team out within a couple of days to take care of what needed done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And when we had some questions about a chimney cap that needed replacing? He gave us an estimate and when we decided to go another route, gave us the measurements we needed to make it happen. Who does that? People who believe in great customer service, I guess. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I had my roof replaced due to some hail damage this summer. They were timely and thorough and completed the job promptly. They did a great job on cleanup and had someone come out when I had a concern after it was completed. Fairly priced and easy to work with. I would use them again.

They were contracted through our builder on our home. During the recent ice storm we had a pile of snow get into our attic through an opening they left when they installed our roof. We had $8,000 of damage to our home because of it. They refuse to come out and correct the issue and claim they did nothing wrong. We have had an insurance adjuster and 2 other roofing companies that have told us our roof was not installed properly. Steer clear of this company!!Service: Roof installation

I had some roof done and fireplace cap replaced.The cap was blown off over a year later and was told it was out of warranty. I requested Keith to come out and see for himself what had happened. After examining the problem he acknowledged there was indeed a problem with the installation and agreed to build and install another fireplace cap free of charge.Keith was very nice and friendly. True to his word he did exactly what he said he would do.I will use him again.

A complete inspection of the roof and gutters was done to determine the extent of the repairs. The 2nd step provided a detailed cost proposal. The work was scheduled after our acceptance and 1st payment.An inspection was performed upon completion of the work to assure it was all done properly - and was completed before final payment was requested.We are very pleased with the work performed and the manner in which the job was handled.

I had a really favorable, refreshing experience yesterday. There are some renovations being done to the complex where we live. While working on the roof, I believed the roofers got some sort of adhesive on my car a couple of weeks ago. After a couple of calls, Tim Gandy of Keith Barker Roofing and Solar called and we arranged to meet. He didn't have an accusatory attitude. He made me feel very comfortable, understood my concern, and knew that I REALLY didn't want to involve either of our insurance companies. He went to his truck, got alcohol swabs and a rag, and very carefully started to remove the adhesive (or whatever it was). It actually started to come off, but my paint didn't!Mr. Gandy didn't have to do that. He wasn't even sure if it was his guys who got the gunk on my car. I really appreciated that and was also glad that I approached the situation in a very positive way. I was friendly to him and didn't accuse he or his company of anything. I think that really helped, too.I honestly can't vouch for their roofing work, but if they treat their customers like they treat crazy ladies who call arbitrarily about adhesive on their cars, I'd call them if I needed them.

Absolutely horrible Customer Service. I had a home inspection take place and needed some minor repairs made. I could not get these people to give me quote and when I called them (7 times) they kept saying they would call back and never did. They also kept telling me the job would have to be bid and the bid is on the owners desk. They told me that 3 times in a 7 day period. HORRIBLE

Oct 12 2017 about 11am your number 3's truck's driver was on his phone completely oblivious to the road driving on 290 west into austin. The drive was way more concerned with driving wrecklessly and being on his phone. Business practices like this are absolutely dangerous and against the law. Pull over and text don't do it while driving.
