My experience with Power couldn’t have been any better. From start to finish I never felt pressured or guilted into getting anything I didn’t want. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell everyone really cares about the product and quality of work done. My windows look fabulous and I can also feel/hear a huge difference. Def recommend and will be using them again in the future for other projects.

To say we are thrilled with our windows would be an understatement!We changed are whole living area to arrange chairs so we can look out huge picture window.Made the house feel brighter and bigger.Power Home Remodeling did an amazing job, every salesperson to installer were very professional and easy to deal with. Never felt pressured . Great price compared to friends jobs. Highly recommend Power to anyone needing home work done.

Well maybe I spoke too soon! Lol!Had install on March 31st, but when I had family over today, April 11th, and was showing off the windows, how embarrassing the weight item on window popped! I can’t shut it and it literally leaves my house open for rain that is coming Monday and open for theft until warranty staff can come and look at it on April 18th! Terrible service…the lady I talked to said they would be responsible for any water damage to my floor. Hmmm, and any items stolen too? Not. Had to move my star rating down. I’ll update once the issue is taken care of. 😖Fantastic! I’m not one to do a job from a solicitor, but wow so glad I did. From scheduling the appointment through the completed install, very very satisfied. Good customer service, great crew, cleaned up after themselves. Awesome price, excellent windows. I had 13 windows removed and 12 installed, within a day. They offer a superior warranty, all materials and labor-100%! Sweet!

The entire process was smooth. The staff members we were all professional and personable. The job was completed on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. We had a quality control staff member come once the job was complete to inspect the project and make sure we were satisfied. Overall a quick, painless, and easy project.

I usually never entertain companies that canvas neighborhoods in search of work. Despite the 'no solicitors' sign they still came to my door. I felt bad for the sales person because my neighbor had just reprimanded them for doing the same thing. Albeit for a good reason! Thinking back, I wish I had not opened the door!They went over how great and amazing the product was then gave me a inflated price. Then tried to pressure me into saying yes for a lower price but in order to get that price I had to say yes right at that moment. He tried over and over despite me saying no thanks, each time the price went lower. (FYI - if you post photos after the work is complete, like some reviewers did, they lower the price! They give you some social media deal)The reason for my review, I made the mistake of having him look in my attic unsupervised. My fault! I wanted to give him time to inspect and I trusted him in my home. Unfortunately after he left I noticed he broke the the access to the attic. And while giving his long sales pitch, his roofing materials scratched gouges into my table. I have never had a company damage items just giving a quote!! Sad part is, he never brought any of these things to my attention knowing full well he caused damage. I know things happen but to not acknowledge them nor tell the home owner is....well the words I want to say is inappropriate but you get the idea. I did not call to tell them what happened because even though the sales person is at fault, I did not want him to get in trouble. Nor, did I want them back in my house. I had to spend extra money to fix what he damaged. Be on alert if you have them in your house!!

We had windows replaced and a back door installed on our home. The windows were replaced first. Door replaced Oct 2022. We had issues with the windows and back door, cold air coming in during the winter months. After several visits to figure out the issue, the windows were installed with decking screws and some of them had to be removed to alleviate the cold air coming in. To this day we can still feel air, but according to Power it isn't "enough" to warrant any further action because it's not strong enough to "blow out a flame"The initial install on door looked great minus a imperfection in the frame itself. The trim around the back door had to be removed to put more foam insulation in to alleviate the air coming in. To this day, a year later, we are still dealing with Power. We've had someone out several times. With the trim being removed, it had to be reinstalled. We have gone thorough this several times and every time they try to install new trim it looks horrible. It has either been damaged by lack of experience with a nail gun, to trying to hide the holes by caulking and painting over them and the color not matching. The last attempt at removing the damaged trim and installing the new trim the door frame was deeply gouged by trying to remove caulking from previous install. So he just covered it with almost a half inch thick bead of caulk. Unacceptable. I have requested several times for a new door frame. At this point I have been told they will sand it and repaint it. I cannot get a manager to respond to my emails. I asked for clarification via text, with the employee who attempted repairs because he is the only one who contacts me, that that is their intentions and get no answer. To spend several thousand dollars and have it look as poor as it does is very disheartening. They got paid so now we continue to get the run around and told it has a lifetime warranty. So a lifetime of attempting to get it right ?Services: General door installation, Window installation

We had our roof replaced and a "radiant barrier" installed.We were 100% given the impression that we were getting spray in insulation as well so imagine my surprise when the guys doing the attic space said it wasn't in the installed order. You cannot reach sales after the contract is signed. They'll give you their card but won't return calls or emails.The roof has been in for about 3 months now. It's wonderfuln the crew we're nice and took good care cleaning up except for one thing.... I was cleaning out the above ground pool that they assured me would not get debris and it had 10 round discs with nails and 5 thick roofing nails.The roof looks great and doesn't leak.

Do not use this company. They do not care about their customers. My sister used them and when one of the door shattered on its own, the warranty did not cover it. Because she had no other choice, she PAID for a replacement which took 6 months to come and it was the wrong door. Imagine having a shattered door while you're home with three little kids. Does the company not have any sympathy about the danger this causes?? Why is it on the customer to fix their mistake?No offer to help cover the door, clean the glass after THEY made the mistake of ordering the wrong replacement. To this day she is waiting for a replacement and this is the current state. I get it that might not be a service they provide, but personally I would not use a company that wasn't willing to work with me. They don't see customers as people, just as sales.

The window crew was on point the entire time even arrived early and got straight to work and even removed my blinds because I didn’t. The gutter crew was also very fast and got done within 2 hours. The door crew was good and they resolved the issue with the front door being the wrong size.

We had our windows replaced by Power Home Remodeling Group. Our crew, Brayan, Domingo, Francisco, Geovanni and Mary were amazing. They worked together as a team, and each one effortlessly doing their job. Communication was clear- immediately upon arrival, Brayan informed us that 2 of the windows had been broken in the factory so they ordered two more and would be back with the two windows within a couple days. When Domingo had a question about how we wanted a trim piece done, he explained to Brayan the issue and he translated. We were able to understand the issue and come to an agreement. And Mary was so meticulous with the “finish work”- caulking and trim pieces were perfect.The crew answered my millions of questions and explained the steps they were taking. This was an incredible team of professional installers.The quality of the windows is phenomenal. Our bedroom, normally 10-15 degrees warmer, was actually cool. There is no sound coming from the street! In fact, we can’t even hear the cicadas!! I pour my hand up to the window that was in full sun and couldn’t feel heat transfer. These windows will raise our property value, lower our electric bill and look beautiful too.Service: Window installation

Best home remodeling experience we've had. The salesperson explained every step to us and demonstrated everything about the windows and our options. They also worked with us to split up the job to an approachable scope by just doing our upstairs windows. The work crew showed up on time and worked faster and cleaner than expected, and the followup appointment was a nice chance for us to ask any remaining questions. The entire process was a breeze and if we replace the rest of our windows it will be with Power.

Update: after the initial window install a salesman from Power showed up. He asked questions about the original installation and the salesperson. He offered us a 0% financing if we agreed to new gutters while he was there. The 0% never happened and it was rolled into the window total and APR. When I called to ask about it, they told me that they never offered that and basically too bad. They call about monthly with "new special offers" and wouldn't let my wife off of the phone until she agreed to a sales appointment. I told them that if I had a warranty issue I will call them, otherwise never call me againEverything from the knock on the door to the quality check after the install was great. The guys showed up on time, had the old 10 windows removed in 2 or 3 hours. The new windows went in just as fast. The new trim on the outside and inside is clean and enhanced the windows. We were shocked at the overall noise reduction from outside and we can feel the difference in ambient temp without the drafts the old windows had. Can't wait to see the difference in our power bill. We had both our roof replaced and solar installed for the price of $120,000. The roofing work was good but when it came to solar it was a nightmare. They repeatedly failed the electrical inspections, seemingly forgot to do simple things like wire the system into the home, they replaced our panel but didn't label any of the new breakers and the worst of all:They installed a 11.4KW inverter for a 17KW solar array! When I brought this to their attention (requiring multiple phone calls and they would often not call back) I was first told I was wrong about this being an issue and then when I pressed the only recourse they offered was to charge an additional $6,700 to redo the inverter.Edit: multiple calls were made to customer support and they have made no effort to correct the issue beyond what I stated previously

Wow!! I am so excited about my new windows! I really didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make in our house or how excited I would be about windows! They are beautiful!! I LOVE the portrait windows in particular!! Just wow wow wo!Working with Power was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Truly, our Sales person Robert was genuine, knowledgeable and made us feel excited and comfortable about making this decision to invest in upgrading our home.Our pre-install inspection process with Louis was also great! He was thorough, efficient and very professional.Install day was smooth & the crew was super professional, fast and did an excellent job! Everything was progressional cleaned afterwards as if it had never even been a work zone!Power also sent their Quality Inspection Manager Murray over on install day, which felt like white glove service, making sure that all was perfect!I love Power & highly recommend them to upgrade your windows!!Service: Window installation

DO NOT USE for new windows. They spent hours with us assuring us they would be the best service and it has been the worst by far. We bought black windows and they failed to mention that one portion is white if we don't use the screens. We found this out AFTER they knocked out all of our windows. During the sales process we had also mentioned to the sales rep that we DON'T use screens and not to install them so this would have been a key part to tell us at that time that the windows aren't entirely black. Since then we have been trying to get in touch with someone on a solution and continue to get the run around. They have sent 3 people out all who are supposed to have authority to address this issue and then when they arrived none of them did.Beyond this they scratched up walls in our house while removing the windows, didn't use tape when doing the black caulk so it looks like my toddler did it, they used silicone which can get mildew, they didn't clean the windows so I have brand new dirty windows with streak marks and tape all over them, they put the window tape on my framed art that I got to carefully remove, they got black caulk all over my house and wood floors, and they were here until 10pm installing in the dark and I couldn't put my kids to bed.I REPEAT STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE.

This review is for our experience with Power for our estimate process. We first encountered Power at an event and was curious about the cost to replace our home windows. We had them out for a free estimate. The time it takes to get the estimate and the pushy sales tactics were enough to NOT hire them. Our experience was near 4 hours long! . We politely asked the representative to get to the cost and wrap it up. Absolute no respect for others time. Do your research.

DO NOT use Power Home Remodeling. After a year, they never resolved my issues.- 1. Sales pitch for solar panels was too long.- 2. I didn't have installers that wore the Power company shirts, as I was ensured would be the case during the sales pitch.- 3. It took 3 weeks after installation and inspection to actually have solar engery from the panels. The first time I called about the solar panels not working, I was told it was a software issue they were working on fixing, turns out it was a toggle switch that was turned off.- 4. I had to pay $500 in fees to the electric company that I wasn't told about in the Sales pitch (someone showed up a few days after the sales pitch/signing the contract to tell me about the $500 in fees and for me to sign a form).- 5. The biggest unresolved issue is the solar panels only meet 40% of my energy needs, the sales pitche was all about getting rid of my electric bill and only having a bill for the cost of the solar panels (a payment which won't increase like rising energy costs), but instead I have both an electric bill and a payment for the solar panels. When I called about this, I was told someone would look into it and I'd get a call back. For 9 months, I kept calling back to follow up because no one called me back. I'd get the same answer back, waiting for an answer from their supervisor so they can call me back. The answer I finally got was to add a few more panels that would cost half as much as the original purchase to get maybe 10% more production. That would definitely not be worth it, not a good investment. At 40%, I don't think I'll get my return on investment.- 6. I even called the warranty department and was told there is no warranty on solar, they can't help me.

Absolutely absurd and terrible sales tactics. Their pushy door to door solicitors continuously talk over you especially when you say "no thank you, I'm not interested." I ended up having to shut the door on them because they somehow thought they could change my mind after I already said no. The rep then had the audacity to look directly into into my nest camera and say "Have a blessed day sir" after my door was already shut. He then proceeded to brush up beside my truck on his exit from the driveway in a way that made me think he keyed my car. Absolutely inexcusable. I will not only disqualify Power from any of my future home projects but I will dissuade my friends and neighbors from using them as well. Not okay.

The windows as a product themselves are great, we're already noticing a difference in the amount of sound coming in from outside and rooms that usually heated up very quickly by noon are still cool in the afternoon. We had some huge issues with the installation crew though, unfortunately. The job was rushed, done poorly, and we had to have them come out again a few days later during which they completely redid the outside trimming of our windows since it was so bad the first time around (one side was just falling off already). There are smudges of grease, caulk, and dirt all over the windows, the caulking is completely uneven and not straight allover the outside and inside of nearly each of the five windows we had installed, and many of our inside window trimming is banged up as well as the walls where they patched some of it up messily. Overall, the product is great, some of the people that helped us were fantastic, but the job took longer than expected (especially since they had to come out twice), and we now have to go back and fix some unexpected damage and dried caulking all around, even on our doorknobs. We had a pleasant experience having them do our gutters, but the entire process is pushy by sales people and there's an immense pressure to decide on the spot if you'd like to proceed when they show you a number. I would tread carefully and wish that we would have done more of our own research.**The pictures that I've included are from the first time the job was done, not after they had come out a second time. So impressed. Power replaced my 1995 windows and now my kitchen is living its best life! It was so dark in here before, but now so much light pours in. I love how I can open my side windows from the top or bottom just enough to hear the song birds! I’ve lived in new construction homes before and I feel like my 1995 house is like a new home but better quality windows. Having worked in customer service, I’ve appreciated the high level of professionalism of everyone I’ve met, consultant to install. We replaced our windows & door & had a great experience. Everyone was friendly & professional & all of our questions were answered.Update: we are changing are review from 5 stars to 3 stars. We recommend power for door installations & attic insulation, but for windows consider other options. Beware if Power does not get your window installations right the first time. While power is happy to send out a crew to take care of any damages or repairs, there is lack of communication between the time of the appointment & the actual crew who come to take care of the repairs. Each time the crew arrives, while they are friendly & eager to work, they are clueless on what actually needs to be taken care of. We thought Power was one big happy family. However, the crews that come out to do the jobs appear to be contacted out by a 3rd party. It feels like you are playing Russian roulette each time thrower sends a crew out. We literally had a crew show up & tell us they could not do the work that was required & that someone would call us to set up another appointment.

The home rep spent a lot of time with me explaining and demonstrating properties of their different windows. He measured all my windows and told me another rep would verify his measurements. None of my windows are a standard size! The installation crew was awesome and did my entire home in about 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even explained why they do things a certain way. My windows were installed in May, just before the summer of record heat. Although my power bill increased, it was far less than I had expected. It is nice to easily open and shut them now that cooler weather has visited. It has been a great experience with Power and these great Pella windows.
