I needed a full gutter install as our house did not have any when we bought it. I had concerns with some downspout locations just due to the layout of our driveway and patio. Dalton addressed all my concerns and offered a very competitive price. The gutters came out excellent, they look great and we are very happy with their work. Paula made the billing process very easy. I was fortunate enough to have Riverbend Roofing & Exteriors recommended to me by my spray foam contractor. I needed a roofing contractor out on short notice to inspect and provide some peace of mind regarding the repair of another company. Dalton came out the same day, was very professional, and helpful with our situation. After having such a good experience with him, I offered him an opportunity to give me a quote for gutters on the house. I was satisfied with the quote so we scheduled the install and the crew got them up quickly. The color is about as close to perfect as you can get to a color match when picking off of a color wheel too. I contacted Riverbend to receive an estimate on gutter installation. Dalton contacted me and provided an estimate. I couldn't ask for an easier and smoother business transaction. Professional all around.We had some electrical cables that might have posed a problem and Dalton didn't think it would be a problem to install the gutters in that area, but he wanted to contact the right people to inspect to make sure it was safe and also he was giving me the right answer. I appreciated that very much and we were able to install the gutters.Communication back and forth was excellent whether it was the cables issue, placement of gutters, choosing the colors, pricing etc. We did have one snag in communication the day of install, but it resolved itself and the crew showed up, installed the gutters and did an excellent job. Family happy!
