This is a GREAT company. I just had my roof replaced with standing seam metal. I got at least 6 quotes from various roofing companies prior to starting work. CV roofing not only came in as the best value out of all of the quotes that we got, but it was also the best quote experience. Most of the other companies we met with really struggled to communicate with us clearly before and after we met for a consultation. With CV Roofing, communication leading up to and through our job was excellent. As a business owner myself I look for companies that are going to provide great customer service and CV Roofing did not disappoint. The workers were very professional, on time, and they did a great job. During the job the owners of the company checked in with me to update me on the progress and make sure that any questions I had were answered. Any texts I sent with questions were quickly answered. We had a 70 foot pine tree fall through our roof into our kitchen. We called three other companies. Tom came out promptly from CV roofing. However other companies didn’t respond for days despite it still raining inside our home. He had temporarily tarped, gave an estimate, helped with insurance and had a crew out right away. In less than a week or so we have a new standing seem roof repaired trusses and decking. His crew was awesome, professional, arrived timely and worked until dark despite oppressive heat to get our roof done. Great guys great company. Very personable. CV Roofing was a great from start to finish. Even with all the rain we had they worked around it calling to informing of the status of when work would start. Went from shingles to metal.Once work started worked fast and hard to get job done. They replaced bad face boards and decking before new roof went down. Workers did a great job. Arrived on time and worked as quiet as you can when doing roof jobs. Highly recommend CV roofing. Would not even bother calling around these guys are good at what they do.

CV Roofing (Rene) was responsive to our requests and questions. His quote was reasonable with two paths to correct a poor quality installation from a different roofing company. Ultimately, CV replaced all the way down including some decking and installed a new flat roof for us. We spoke to 10 roofing contractors in total before selecting these guys. Rene communicated and addressed questions throughout the process.

Very professional and customer service oriented. When I made the appointment time, Rene for a second got the impression from me that the time was inconvenient for me and immediately offered a different time.I was a bit surprised when he came out without any ladder, but rather than inspecting the roof by getting up there, he used a drone and filmed the roof, and even sent me an image by text with the one small damage I had. This is what I liked the most, he was honest and told me no repairs for it were needed, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Honesty is what earned him a 5-star rating, cause he could easily have tried to sell me unneeded repairs.

Last storm that came through blew my neighbors fence into my siding plus some other damage to the roof, Rene and his crew were easy work with. I'm used to living in apartments where I didn't handle any repairs. He came out on time and went over all the details with me. My schedule is a bit busy with work and he was able to navigate that and working with the insurance company. Strongly recommend Rene and his team. I hope I never have to deal with storm damage but if I do I will do repeat business.

They replaced the screws on the rather tall metal roofs of 3 buildings and replaced the gutters with larger gutters. It took a while, part in due to the weather. But overall I am very happy with the work. No more leak in my home, no more flooding my front porch.

I didnt have to stress about the insurance company paper work and the long annoyong claims process. I strongly recommend dealing with Rene. He can also speak spanish which made it easy for him to communicate with my wife who doesnt speak english very well.

CV did a top notch job installing a 20 year TPO new roof on our 35,000 sf commercial building in Austin. They figured out high quality solutions to some challenging aspects to the existing roof drainage system and the building parapet.
