My wife and I recently had a roof repair on our new custom home and was concerned it wasn't installed properly as from the ground, it looked "funny." She called Spade Roofing and was greeted by a friendly person who understood our concern and was happy to make an appointment for a free roof inspection. Right at the scheduled time Ace with Spade drove up in a very well appointed, business truck. He greeted me with a smile and his calling card. A very nice and knowledgeable gentleman! He made an inspection of our repair and later sent his report which included photos. It stated that the repair was actually done properly and in his opinion, wouldn't leak. I asked for an invoice but he said the estimate was free. Wow! I thought for sure he'd hit us up for some big-league repairs to fix the repair. Instead, he didn't charge us a dime, was honest and didn't try to take advantage of us. How refreshing! I commend Spade Roofing for their integrity and highly recommend them for the work they DIDN'T do!

I would highly recommend Spade Roofing and Gutters. My call to them started with a roof repair and turned into new gutters for our farm house and detached garage/shop. I wanted my gutters to match my metal roof. Spade was quick, efficient and the gutters keep the water from collecting under my pier and beam home. The quality was what was expected from a reputable company that stands behind their work. Great company to work with.

We called Spade Roofing for an estimate for gutters/downspouts. Charles came by on a Monday and the crew arrived that Thursday. Charles spent a lot of time measuring and taking pictures. The crew, headed by Kevin, arrived early in the morning and got right to work. We are extremely pleased with the appearance, downspout color blends in with the wood posts, and overall installation. I called Spade Roofing to correct a bad install by my builder. In the end, they did a very nice job and included an extra elbow at no charge. They were nice and personable. They do, however, need improve their scheduling. I was given an open-ended ... "they can probably swing by tomorrow" ... but then it took five days. I recommend actually having a schedule and follow-up with the customer and re-schedule if you can't make it.**Revised 11/6 Owner personally called me to explain the disconnect in scheduling. He was sincere and truly cared about my feedback and customer satisfaction. I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 and added professionalism as one of their strengths ... I really appreciated the call!

The price was BELOW what we were expecting, efficent, fast, cleaned up thouroughly, even had the entire crew scouring the yard afterwards, then came BACK with a metal magnet to make sure all was clean. Charles came out and inspected our 20 year old metal roof, we had some recent leaking when it rained. He provided a quote and once I accepted, he made a point to get a crew out before impending rain and got everything fixed and we also went ahead and replaced all the plumbing roof jacks. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trash. Best of all, no more leaking!

From start to finish Charles and his crew were very professional about installing our gutter on both our house and garage.I discussed with the installer where I wanted my downspouts and a few other things and I had to leave.We we returned the house was completed in one afternoon and upon close inspection, if it wasn't for the new gutters on the house, I would have never known they were there.Excellent job!

Great to have this professional friendly company just down the street. They are happy to repair your existing roof. The new fireplace cricket they installed last year is still doing it's job, deflecting water away for the fireplace bricks. I asked four roofers to help me with the cricket. Charles met me at the specified time to inspect the roof and emailed me an estimate with specific details for the work that was needed within 3 hours. When I explained that our small non-profit didn't have the funds to cover all the work and that we were willing to do some of the work ourselves, Charles sent me a revised estimate with no problem. There was a lot of rain in April/May but as soon as there was a clear day, the roof was repaired. The gentlemen I dealt with were respectful and professional. Charles Lee was courteous, responsive and professional and gave me a fair quote even though it was a relatively small job and in a rural location. (~ $1,200 for three gutter runs, spanning about 80 ft. in total, with 4 downspouts). Joshua and his crew were great and completed the gutter installation quickly, cleanly and exactly as ordered!
