Stonewater did a great job replacing my roof and cedar siding. Their workers came in and did the work promptly , and their job managers kept communication open so I knew what to expect and what was next. However the most impressive part of the job was done by Anayo Onyinano who patiently and persistently helped me with a very difficult insurance claim. Anyone was always gracious and understanding when I was repeatedly disappointed by my insurance company. I would not have had any satisfactory results without Anayo's work. I don't think I can express how much his I appreciate his efforts.

Stonewater Roofing have been awesome to work with. Our roof was only 3 years old but suffered major hail damage after a storm in April. Giff came out and inspected it right away, walked us through the process and got us going. Christina and the office staff was awesome, they assisted me in providing our insurance the proper paperwork. When it came to install Nick and his crew were thorough in removing and replacing the entire roof. They were in and out within 7 hours. the reroofing of my house was a very god experience. John Cannon was very honest and attentive to my needs and concerns. the job sight manager was also great. They would both stop and explain things to me, as needed. my overall impression was very good. The only real complaint i have is that the guy that delivered the shingles, came 30 minutes before daylight. waking up my house (of 5 people), and i'm sure several of my neighbors. but, the process was smooth, even the coordinating with the insurance company. From the beginning of the process Bryanna was very involved and informative and kept me in the loop through the whole process. She made sure everything was in order and in place to ensure a smooth installation. Kurt was the project manager and he kept me informed on everything that was going on with the job and any supplemental changes. He was on site to make sure everything ran smoothly. The crew was excellent and were very careful and considerate of their surroundings. They worked extremely hard and safe and completed the job in less time than initially stated. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was finished. I walked around the house two complete times looking for remnants and what I picked up fit into the palm of one hand. There was no damage to any of my property.My wife is a safety manager with Lockheed Martin and she was very impressed with the safety precautions and safe work area.I would definitely recommend Stonewater to any of my friends or family.Service: Roof installation

Stonewater Roofing has given us an all around amazing experience!! Starting with Shay Burton coming out twice in the ice and rain to make sure we were good to make it through the weather. Stonewater roofing just replaced our roof and did an excellent job. Matt Normand made the process so easy by handling all the little details with our insurance company and being a good communicator during the process. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 ONLY because it took about 5 weeks from the payment of the check to roof installation. Working with StoneWater was a very enjoyable experience and after living in this house for almost four decades, the most convenient and trouble free installation we have ever had.Scott the sales rep was not only knowledgeable about the products but was very attentive and patient in covering all the elements of getting a new roof. Low key but credible presentation helped us sort out the various levels of materials and the pros and cons of each. He was present to work with our insurance adjuster to begin the process of filing a claim for the hail damage we had. Sufficient informational booklets and brochures explained the steps involved and the products.Scott was in contact from Day One through the planning and preparations and called and texted often as well as visited in person.Equally helpful was our project manager Josh who was in touch with us from the time he was assigned. Answered a number of procedural questions and put our minds at ease regarding several concerns we had regarding how the project would proceed..Today's project was done in such an expeditious manner that we were astonished at how quickly they finished the work, cleaned up and departed! Have to say this company did a terrific job. The level of professionalism is very much appreciated. They worked with me and my schedule. Shortly after the roof was placed they came right back out to inspect and to correct any issues after a strong storm. They worked with the insurance company to insure all aspects of the replacement roof where being handle. A big thumbs up.

Had Stonewater replace my roof in Carrollton, and all I can say is this the best roofing experience I’ve had since living in Dallas. The crew worked diligently through the day, they were respectful of my property, and the clean-up was awesome! They carried out every promise they initially made.
