From start to finish the process was smooth and stress free. Roam's representatives walked us through each detail and were flexible when working with our schedule. They worked closely with our insurance company to ensure all needs for the repair were being addressed and provided. There was a project manager on site for the entire job who ensured the workers had all necessary materials and support. The final product looked great as seen in the attached pictures. John and his team are THE best!If you’ve found this review and you’re considering ROAM vs another roofer, do yourself a favor and go with ROAM.John was very patient with me when I was considering different classes and colors (truly, I’m one of those really indecisive individuals lol), he broke down all of the differences between shingles and gave me his honest opinions and he kept his word on timeliness and getting documents back to me to move the process along.Ultimately we went with the TAMKO StormFighter in Rustic Black. Roam Roofing did a repair on my roof that I was considering replacing in full. However, Garrett was able to expertly patch up the roof and sent me the pictures showing the workmanship. Now, my roof should be good for a few more years giving me more time to save up for a full replacement. I was highly impressed with the courteous service and overall professionalism. Would recommend for sure. Job well done!

My husband and I live in a neighborhood that was affected by large hail, so we decided to have ROAM Roof & Solar come out for the initial inspection. I was contacted by Marshall very quickly after submitting an inspection request, and we almost immediately had an appointment set with him! He was very thorough in explaining the process from beginning to end (which I appreciated, as this is the first time we've had to replace our roof), he was polite, professional and always quick to respond when we had questions - overall really pleasant to work with! Harry and his team makes the entire roofing process so easy and streamlined. I was able to get my roof inspected after hail and wind damage (boo), sort out a new roof, singles chosen, and installed all within two weeks. The new roof was completed in 6 hours. After the hail storm that hit around Rock and Georgetown, I reached out to several roofing companies for estimates. Garrett stood out from all of the others because he was patient, kind, responsive and thorough. He made no assumptions and walked me through every detail. He met the insurance adjuster and because of his attention to detail and relationship building skills, I had a comprehensive insurance estimate. Garrett continues to reach out as we are nearing the end of the work and I am confident that if I were to have any issues, they will be resolved. Marshall Brown did the initial inspection then followed up with a member of his team that specializes in clay tile roofs. They used drones and a physical inspection to prepare a proposal for the repair needed. The proposal was fairly priced and the start time prompt. The work was done on time and very professionally. I was pleased with the material used and the skill of the workmen. I had a specific cosmetic concern due to HOA regulations and they took care of it without any hesitation. I will use them exclusively going forward. Marshall and the entire work crew were very pleasant to deal with, prompt and courteous. Best home repair experience I have had in Austin.

I got 4 quotes for a fairly minor roof repair. As you might imagine, they were all over the board and ranged in price by up to 3X. I felt the most honest, and one of the lowest was from ROAM.Harry was great. He kept me posted and up to date. Everyone I came in contact with was kind and respectful.I'll definitely include ROAM in any future roof repairs.UPDATE: We are selling our rent house and it needed a new roof before listing. ROAM gave an excellent quote and had it scheduled and done within a couple of weeks. Very happy with the service.

I called Roam Roof for our roof inspection because of the recent hail storm and many houses around us needed roof replacements. We worked with Marshall who was very Professional, Polite, Quick, Responsive, and Easy to schedule. I asked to make sure if the roof inspection and estimation were at no cost and Marshall really did exactly what he told us. In short, Marshall showed up as scheduled on Nov 16 and did a very detailed and thorough inspection on our roof for over an hour. He honestly reported us that our roof was new and still in a great shape, nothing for the roof needed to be fixed. Only very minor areas around chimney and some windows frames that would be needed repairing. Marshall later emailed us a detailed report included all photos, especially the photos of the minor damage areas and recommended us a trusted handyman to fix them!! Marshall and Roam Roof are TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, and RESPONSIBLE. We had experienced some scam company on YELP before even with lots of good reviews. That company would say it free in just attempting to come to your house and tried hard to find something for them to fix and when they couldn't find anything, they said there would be a charge since nothing to be fixed!! They couldn't be here for free (Unbelievable) and provided us some lousy report.ROAM ROOF and MARSHALL were exceptional and gave me as they promised HASSLE-FREE EXPERIENCE. Excellent in every way. I wish more companies like Roam Roof in real world :D Sorry for overdue review. Happy Holidays.

Great job. Quick and efficient. Installed the new roof vent as promised. Cleaned up after themselves and put the lawn furniture and landscape art back. Even hauled away the small tree branches they had to cut away. Sent out "puncture patrol" the next day to do another sweep for nails in the yard. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing needs. Ver pleased.

I needed a new roof due to a hail storm. Garrett Gay with ROAM Roof & Solar assisted me throughout the process & made it a pain-free experience. Garrett was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, & professional, answering all my questions & helping to guide me through everything. He performed an initial inspection & then returned on the day my insurance adjustor came out, to take another look at all the details with him.
