I woke up one morning and decided to stop at Winslows Carports. This was back in October, so some great deals were happening then.Long story short, our sales associate was knowledgeable and thorough, ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted.If we asked for an image of what ours would look like, she did it for us.We ended up purchasing in full and paying for expedited services. Winter was coming. 😂We had everything ready and were called to install it a day early.There was a language barrier, but they were courteous when they arrived at my land.Not knowing what I was looking for or if there were mistakes, I used my tenure experience in the real estate industry to go over work performed before I signed anything.I called TEXWIN immediately when the door handle was not the correct one for our storage, and we didn't make much fuss over which way our door opened because that was never discussed when we were purchasing.***We would have preferred the door open in, but the door we got opened outwards and, if we had turned around, would have compromised the seal.√ So you'll want to make sure you discuss this before paying.I found a location that looked bad and didn't look like the other side, and the guys immediately began fixing the repairs. In the last step, the installers were going to replace that previous piece, but an incident happened, and they were off to their next job.I hadn't noticed they didn't repair it since I was preoccupied with an installerThey ended up leaving us with no door handle and a piece of metal cracked in two places due to installation.For nearly three days, we had no door handle, and the day I emailed and complained I needed this to be resolved, the roll-up door was jammed. So, there was no way in or out to access our storage where all my gardening items were stored.The initial day I called the office and told them the installers had the wrong doorknob, I was told I would have someone call me back with a response on when someone would fix it. It was long after when someone called back.No answer was given when asked if someone would be back the same day.After they left, a young lady called me and asked me if it was fixed.So, maybe you can see where my frustration started.No, the guys left, and she had told me earlier someone would be out to fix it the next day if not that day.Honestly, it was very vague.She sounded like she didn't want to give me any indication.I didn't want to fuss about it, so I waited patiently.I went on the following day on errands and was called by my sales representative to ask if the door knob had been installed. By this time, it was roughly around 2-3 pm.I didn't know, but I quickly returned and called her and said no.We had a priority on Wednesday, and we could not sit around and wait for the installer to come back to install a door knob when we had a prior engagement, causing a full day of work to be completed before rain, and the cold.A representative called on Wednesday on the phone and said the installer would be at my land within the next two hours, making it no later than 1-1:15.Nope, it was later.Out the window went my time, my prior engagement, and the expedited payment caused me precisely what I didn't want to happen: "value" time to be wasted.When the installer arrived, he had an inside door with no keys.He had to leave again and come back to install.We are adding more frustration to the equation.I lost a whole day waiting and took two extra days to get a door knob, and the metal was never repaired.I rightfully believe I deserve my expedited payment to be refunded.There is much more to this story, and I prefer not to describe all the details.I do love my building, but I believe it's vital to know and have expectations before you put your hard-earned money with expectations.A gesture of gratitude would be appreciated, and feedback could be the key to ensuring all future customers and referrals run smoother and efficiently.First impressions can be lasting.I prefer to leave a higher rating, which is possible.

Brenda has the best customer service ever! But after you purchased, is diferent service with the people who set up the appointments. Found out with negative answers, seems like they don't care after you pay. I hope they deliver on time and do a better job.

Over the past few years we've bought three buildings from Winslow's, and they've always been incredibly helpful and friendly. You can rent to own and pay it off early for a discount. The lady in the office is a real doll, and there's never any sales pressure.

Purchased building, waited two weeks for delivery, weather was great, no delivery, no call . Called them. Was told" it"s a holiday this weekend and no one is calling back from delivery? "...built our own , fraction of cost in a weekend...
