I knew from my first conversation with Chris of Total Roofing that we were in good hands. He was responsive and personally reviewed the quote with me and what was going to be done. When the job was done everything met the expectations he had layed out. The owner of the company, Vince, stopped in a few times to oversee the project and talked with me. The personal touch welcoming a newcomer to the neighborhood you just don't find with bigger corporate companies. I highly recommend giving Total Roofing a try, they do more than just roofing also.

They arrive when they say they're going to arrive, they clean up, they are kind and easy to communicate with and their work is incredible! Total Roofing GETS IT !!!!!! Great Quality at a Fair Price with Great Service.Vince Yezak and his business partner/son in law Chris Russell, are great examples of the way contractors should operate. Always checking in with us to make sure we are satisfied…From our first meeting with them, my wife and I were constantly amazed at how they showed attention to detail, performance, and cleanliness while demanding it of their siding and roofing crews as well.Their on-site siding supervisor, Andrew , is a true craftsman. Quality carpentry is his specialty. He advised us several times of how they added to the structure of our soffit , facia, and eave areas to enhance support of our new LP Smartboard siding. He shored up the trim and put new jamb insulation and added new lock sets to each of our exterior doors. He added several electrical lighting enhancements on our porches as well. He too also checked in with us to insure we were satisfied at every step along the way.My wife and I highly recommend Total Roofing as a contractor to consider for your future siding and roofing needs. Chris was great to work with on the removal and replacement of my roof. Recently a hail storm had ravaged my home and Chris was able to take a look at my roof and provide immediate feedback in line with my insurance company adjuster. Chris w/ Total Exteriors came out and bid my concrete driveway extension/patio addition work. They were very accommodating to some of my change orders that I wanted before the project commenced. Each day Chris performed a jobsite walk to ensure his employees were on schedule. He also performed several “mid-job” walks with me to ensure everything was as expected. Project was completed in a timely manner and did a great job! Multiple neighbors have used him for patio covers and Total Exteriors can do it all!! I would definitely refer them and use them for future projects!!
