From the estimate to the finished product, Mike and his crew were prompt, thorough, professional, and affordable. I will definitely use them again! They repaired rotten wood on a chimney. I asked Mike to estimate some other work that the home inspector recommended, but he advised against it because it was unnecessary, displaying honesty that I really appreciate.

Mike at BCS roofing did a great job. We traded emails numerous time before I made a decision on the best method for cooling my attic space. We decided to install a solar attic fan. I normally run when I hear the word solar, but in this case a solar powered attic fan made complete sense. It runs when the sun is beaming down on the roof and I assume doesn't run at night.He did a little extra work to cover old passive vents in the attic with plywood.

We had some tree damage on a roof after the freeze and contacted Mike. He was on site quickly to review the damage and tarp the roof. Had a very positive experience with this company. Was especially impressed by the company owner, who was willing to be available while the insurance adjustor was inspecting the roof to consult with him on possible damage. He worked very hard to get the correct skylight installed; he had to change out the first one ordered and get another because the first one didn't fit properly. First of all what I appreciated (and my neighbors all noticed) was that Mike, as the owner, was present a majority of the time while my roof was being installed. The people he employed to do the roofing were excellent at their job!To back track, from the moment I contacted BCS roofing, Mike was in frequent contact with me through and after the roofing process. He personally explained the insurance and my part in paying for my new roof. He made it very easy for me to understand. Had my gutters replaced by BCS, great job on the installation and look to be great quality gutters. The color is also a perfect match to the house paint color. Only knock is the holes for my rain chains were cut free hand when I had a hole saw that would have cut them perfectly. Don't get me wrong, the holes are very round and well cut, just not perfect circles like a saw would cut. I'll use BCS again.Service: Gutter repairs
