As far as being an employer, they are very irresponsible. They are extremely unorganized when it comes to assigning their employees to specific projects. Employees have to constantly worry if they are going to be called to work and they have to call to see if they have a project for them to work. This company also seems very oblivious to the fact that people have to pay bills. If you're looking for a part time job this is for you. Workers have to worry if they are going to give them at least 40 hours a week or even get a call that there's work for the next day. They also refuse to give overtime hours. Look somewhere else if you want stability and consistency for yourself and family. I might be wrong, but aren't employers supposed to have a schedule and plan of where ALL of their employees are assigned? That should not be something employees have to worry about. Additionally, in order to keep you to work their they will brain wash you to think that they will give you a higher position like foreman of a group or a raise. Honestly, very poor service as an employer. On the other hand, they do have good insurance benefits and safety courses/rules etc. I don't know about the quality of their work.

My business is in South Austin in a 17000 sf building. We called Chamberlin out for roof repair and when they arrived, they had no ladder high enough to access the roof. They rescheduled and have no showed on us twice. Yes, twice. Ridiculous that they are a commercial roofer and I’ll equipped to access a roof! We have moved on obviously but wanted to give credit where Credit is due. Stay clear of this one.
