Chris L. from WB did a great job on our HVAC cleaning & he was so nice & friendly! The service was fast & he really took time to make sure our ducts were clean & he cleaned up the floors afterwards. We had an insane amount of dust in our air vents as our landlord didn't clean them before we moved in. If you're thinking about getting the cleaning done, don't hesitate! So excited to breathe fresh air. :)

Aaron Rodriguez was major help & quick to respond. Woke up to a major leak, Aaron came 1.5 hours later and got me setup with drying out my ceiling, and followed up on time the very next day to get my dry wall cut out. He was very prompt with responses and very detailed on the what/why and overall the job being completed. Very satisfied highly recommend

W.B. Arthur did an AMAZING job helping me deal with condo water damage. They were on the scene the day the incident occurred and swiftly mitigated the leak and then completed the repairs. They were extremely communicative and flexible, keeping me updated at every step along the way. Kayla was my main point of contact throughout the process and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me manage this process at every step of the way, including supporting me with the insurance side. I don’t think water damage is something that anyone wants to ever deal with, but if you do, go with W.B. Arthur.

She willingly and patiently explains things and has done so from the onset. The mitigation team handled the first part of the job adequately and professionally despite some deficiencies that were remedied. I can update this review once the work is complete.

So this company has two "arms". A water mitigation arm and a construction arm. When we noticed our water issue the water team was able to come out within 24 hours and start the drying out process. They said it was going to take 4-6 weeks to repair the very few things that had to be removed. 16 weeks later they finally finished. We thought the water mitigation team did a great job and overall were very responsive and quick. I also give them props for being nice- I appreciate that professionalism. But the construction team have some VERY real issues with communication. Every time something needed to be scheduled I had to reach out multiple times to get it done (that is exhausting for a customer!). Additionally I had to request them to come back and redo things because they weren't done in a quality way. At some point in the 16 week journey I actually came back to see if all the 5 star reviews were a sham- that's how bad it was. Overall would not recommend using this company or maybe just use their water team and get others to rebuild what they demo.

Anytime you have a "water event" at your house it's never fun. And when you have a second one, it's even worse. After our first situation, I vowed to never work with that company again. I was referred to W.B. Arthur by our plumber and I couldn't be happier.They were at our house within minutes of getting notified and helped the situation from getting worse (having to deal with mold, etc.) by bringing in fans and dehumidifiers. Chris and Aaron were the first on the scene and quickly brought in Eric. They were fantastic. They actually cared about us being happy in our home and not ripping it apart to get easy insurance money like we encountered during our first event. Madison came out to our house to check in afterwards to see how the machines were working and it was still somewhat wet. She gave us great recommendations on moving the equipment to different areas to speed up the process. I am happy to say that Chris came out today and gave us the "All clear". We didn't have to rip everything out again and will have a very budget friendly build back because of their responsiveness. Everyone I dealt with, Chris, Aaron, Eric, and Madison were knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. In this line of work, you never meet someone on their best day and they handled it very well. Thank you all!

Very nice folks to work with, especially the guys who came out. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but my only feedback would be to explain how pricing works upfront. It's also on us that we didn't ask more questions, but we had never been through something like this before so we didn't know what we didn't know. Expectation setting aside, they were great to work with.

W B Arthur was prompt in there response to my request for help in drying out areas of our home flooded by a water leak in the bathroom. Trey & Manny we’re very professional as they attacked the problem. There was no wasted time or unnecessary chitchat. They just worked to get the area ready for their drying fans & dehumidifiers. This is the most thorough, responsive company I have ever worked with. My roommate and I were out of town all weekend while demo was being done and the team took extra care to keep our cats safe during construction. They communicated daily with me and even kept in touch with a trusted neighbor while we were gone. They worked quickly, came to check up often, and even went above and beyond to seal up the exposed drywall with plastic to allow our cats to be able to roam free throughout the apartment. Eric and Andrew called and texted frequently with updates and contacted me ahead of time when they were coming by. Easy 5 stars. This company exceeds expectations in an industry that is notorious for communication gaps and long wait times. I had a very positive experience with W.B. Arthur's water mitigation team. Chris was prompt, friendly, and professional as he assessed the damage and oversaw the demolition. Chris & Trey from WB Arthur were both incredibly professional and efficient when they came to do our mold remediation. Chris had done our initial inspection and was very thorough in making sure all areas that were affected were addressed during the remediation appointment. Chris & Trey were on time, overly communicative on what needed to be done and what they did to treat the impacted areas. It only took about a week from inspection to treatment and Eric, the project manager, was super helpful in getting everything scheduled in a timely manner. Eric came out same day I called the office and was very helpful in identifying water under some bathroom tiles, so I knew which ones to pull up. He gave me pointers on how to do some of the work myself. I know who to call if the job goes beyond my ability. Bottom line is it was obvious that this company cares about its reputation. They won't talk you into spending unnecessarily.

Less than a week ago, my family and I woke up to a flood that went throughout our entire downstairs. We quickly looked online for a restoration company near us that had good reviews. THANK GOD we found W.B. Arthur and in particular, Aaron! Aaron showed up within 45 minutes of us calling and got to work getting the water out and putting us at ease. Then, an hour or two later, the rest of the calvary showed up to begin the drying process.W.B. Arthur was the first and only company we called. They have been very communicative throughout the entire process and seem to get the ball rolling quickly so we can move back in to our home. The whole team has been polite and courteous throughout all the chaos and Aaron has been accessible by phone or in person for any questions I have had. They've made this entire ordeal as smooth as possible.We are still waiting on the contractor work to get done and I will update the review once everything is completed. So far, I can't recommend them enough.

The project includes some ceiling restoration and painting throughout the home due to water damage and things are looking like new.Throughout the process the team has been responsive when I have questions, and they have been very quick to start the project. Trey Baumann worked with me in creating the initial estimate for the project and Jeff Gomez is the project manager. Both have been accommodating to what I want do.Also, this company does not pressure you into picking them or doing things to your home that are not needed. WOW so far we could not be more happy with our service! We woke up to water in our downstairs office over the weekend and were completely stressed. At the recommendation of the plumber we called W.B. Arthur and Eric was there within an hour. They immediately went to work trying to stop any further damages from occurring. They have been out daily checking the moisture and determined that some demo needed to be done. Chris came out today to take care of that.
