I called Redemption roofing this morning to inspect for a leak that happens during wind driven rain. Seth called me back after less than 10 minutes after talking to the receptionist to schedule an appointment. Seth was nice enough to meet me at 5 pm so I didn't have to leave work early. He was on time and listened to what I had to say and where I thought the leak may be. He looked inside the attic and then got a ladder and climbed up on the roof he found where some flashing was listed up and needed caulking. He said he could take care of it now being he was already here. He was done in about 30 minutes total. The change for this wonderful service was free. I can not say enough about this company and their wonderful service. I will be using them in the future for any roofing needs.

Ty kept in communication with us and provided us next steps and timing. The subs they had come out to replace the facia, and then the roofing were both top notch. Redemption Roofing personnel were very efficient and professional. They were able to complete the project in one day and their cleanup was exceptional. They kept me informed of the roof repairs and progress. The Salesperson was on site throughout the day, the project manager was very professional and the crew was extremely nice. Without Redemption Roofing I would have paid for the replacement of my roof completely out of pocket but the initial inspection showed significant hail damage. My Insurance found no damage and then on reinspection found some but not enough to pay a claim. Redemption's team assisted me with finding an excellent Public Adjuster. After two no-shows by my Insurance Company the Public Adjuster referred me to some outstanding Lawyers that were able to reach a settlement that paid for all but $400 of my roof replacement. From the moment we contacted Seth Hardin about possible hail damage to our roof and all the way to completion, it couldn’t have been a smoother process. Seth was instrumental in showing our insurance company, who at first said they could only see one area with damage that the entire roof was damaged. Their adjuster’s pictures weren’t as clear as Seth’s and they could see from his that there actually was damage everywhere. Seth and all of his crew were so polite, and worked so hard from sun up through sundown to get it done. And Seth didn’t just get the job then leave…he stayed on site the whole time and even gave us drone shots afterwards that showed the stages of completion! Highly recommend.

A friend of mine recommended that we use Redemption Roofing. My husband and I had them replace the entire roof. The crew did a very good job of replacing it. The workmen showed up on time and were very professional. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. I will definitely refer my friends and family who live in Texas to Redemption Roofing. I was very happy with their service. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. I was selling my home in Texas and needed to have the roof inspected. The first inspector (from another company) was not accurately knowledgeable, whereas the inspector from Redemption Roofing was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The inspector from the other company, for example, said that all the pipes had to be sealed (they were already sealed except for a newly installed one) and that the wind shingles were loose and other shingles needed to be replaced. With the inspector from Redemption Roofing, I felt he knew what he was doing and he told me that there was only age related wear, no damaged or missing shingles that needed replaced. I found out about Redemption Roofing when I Googled for a roofing contractor and I saw that they had the most stars and promptly contacted them. The folks at Redemption Roofing were quick. I was under a real time crunch due to a pending sale on the house and had a limited timeline to meet if the roof had to be repaired . I needed promptness and I'd already relocated out of state. The folks from Redemption Roofing came out right away and took care of all my needs and their Customer Service contacts were very courteous. I felt very comfortable with the people from RR and felt I could trust them.

I really liked that Redemption Roofing kept me informed and answered all my questions during every step of getting my roof replaced. Some of our neighbors had previously used Redemption Roofing and recommended them highly, so we gave them a call. Redemption Roofing responded promptly, they were did the work quickly, and they picked up after themselves and left everything in good shape. It was nice that I didn't have to do anything. Redemption Roofing took care of it all. They took the work off my back so I didn't have to worry about anything. They took care of having the lightning rods taken down and put back up, having the Gutter Helmets replaced, and coordinating everything with the insurance company. They really take the burden off the homeowner and do it all. Plus, Redemption Roofing took care of having some interior damage repaired that was caused by the old, leaking roof. It was a very good experience, and I would definitely use Redemption Roofing again.

I have used Redemption Roofing on a personal level as well as here at the office. I would have to say that my personal experience was as phenomenal as it was here. I have a very tall house and they did a beautiful job. Here at Morris Builders, we have a construction side and a commercial residential side, and Redemption Roofing has worked for both. I have never had one complaint from any one of my owners. The work they do is high quality and thorough. I've never had to go back and ask, can you fix this? I would just say that maybe we have done ten jobs with them. Communication is one of the best. They have a great line of communication, and their product and what they do is just as great.

I called Redemption Roofing twice - to do roofing work on both my house and my fiancee's home - to get them prepared for inspection because we were selling both homes. The first house needed some repairs and they took care of it right away. And they also took care of my fiancee's home, which was about 65 miles from their office. They did a great job on both houses. My realtor referred me to Redemption Roofing.Redemption Roofing caulked and sealed some of the nail heads and put a vent jack on the roof in one home and at the other house, they sealed the nail holes and painted the vent and got it ready for inspection for the new owners. Redemption Roofing was excellent to work with; from the billing in their office to Adam, the sales rep. He was great at communicating with us. The one on one customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Redemption Roofing to anyone needing roofing work done, including my family and friends.

It took me 6 months to get the process going, but I was very happy I selected them. They were very patient with me; they were thorough, double checked on things and did a great job. Redemption had 2 different people came out and give me estimates. They were very accommodating - came out to my house several times offered to come out to my school. They replaced the entire roof, were fast and cleaned up well. They passed the "dad test" (he was very impressed with the team that came out). Bottom line: it was a very good experience. I was referred to Redemption Roofing from another teacher at a school where I used to work. They were more detailed than other roofers, did more research than other roofers that quoted and took more pictures. Redemption has re-roofed a number of homes in my neighborhood. They were recommended to my by a good friend. Let me preface by saying I've roofed houses before in my younger days and I'm fully aware and able to know immediately if a contractor is doing a good or bad job. I expected excellent quality. Redemption's first was first rate! Well above my very picky expectations on the installation and clean up. Not to mention that they handled ALL of the details. The insurance hail claim, documentation, HOA, permits, meeting with the adjusters on several occasions. I honestly can't find any reason why anyone would not give Redemption strong consideration.

After a large hail storm passed through we had received substantial damage to our roof. We found Redemption Roofing by searching Google for local businesses to provide necessary repairs. Redemption Roofing is a family business and we were able to meet with the owner and the job supervisor. Robert Murrell and his team are experienced professionals and a class act!Our roof had experienced hail damage and needed to completely be replaced. After a heavy rain we had a leak showing through our ceiling. I went up in the attic and saw exactly where it was coming from. There was a rotten section around a pipe that came through the roof, rotting the wood around it. A neighbor referred me to Redemption Roofing. After I called them they had someone come out within forty eight hours. He came out and went up in the attic to verify the leak. Then they sent me a quote by email. I thought about getting multiple quotes, but the price was so reasonable, that I didn't get any more quotes, I just told them to go ahead and fix it. Redemption Roofing came out the very next day to fix the leak and I didn't even have to be home. They did such a good job on the roof that the shingles matched perfectly. I am really happy with the quality of their work and will refer them to anyone who needs roofing work. The simplicity of the process was great, too..

You won’t find a nicer or more honest roofer anywhere. We experienced a roof leak during a recent heavy rain. Seth came out the next morning after we called. Our roof is only 5 or 6 years old so after a thorough investigation of the “where and why” we might be leaking from, Seth said there were 3 options - “easy, medium, or involved and expensive.” He said “I think the easy is all you need and you won’t have another problem. Call me if you do and I’ll come right back again.” He fixed it that same day.We’re expecting more rain in the week ahead so we’ll know soon but we don’t anticipate any problems. I found Redemption Roofing online. They came when they said they would, and the quote they gave was what they charged. The 2 guys who came were very friendly. They did 2 things for me - fix a leak on the roof around a roof pipe, and they also painted all of my roof vents. We have had several hard rains since they fixed the leak, and we have had no issues since. I highly recommend them.

I knew someone at Redemption Roofing, so I had them come out and look at my roof. When they came, they gave me some honest feedback and said that it did not need to be replaced.
